Thanks for posting - it's a very helpful resource . Sorry to nit pick - Is there an error in the voice-over at 2 min 33 sec? This states "...If the partial pressure of OXYGEN rises above 6.0 due to respiratory failure..." - should this refer to the partial pressure of Carbon dioxide.
