Weird i just bought the game off steam, but I can't play the with engines or the gens, the inside is also missing a lot of features your video is showing
@jammroberts all right I went and did that and I got all the features it seems like, I got the breakers on the port and starboard side, but I still can't interfere with the diesel engine like changing how much oil they're getting their RPM opening and closing the valves. I'm wondering if it's because I'm not the right crewman, or I'm in the wrong game mode or something
@@zXStrykerOneXz Okay so you need to make sure that you have two things, A. The lobby needs to have AI Bots turned off so you can work the engine room (if you're the captian) or B. You need to be a machinist or Chief Engineer on someones server, hope this helps!

Exactly, it's not really gearing but it works in a way for everyone to understand. it's easy to learn, hard to master

Right click on woldpack on steam, go to properties, betas and then select the beta and you'll have access
