Pointless talk bout world leads if pro's don't start outdoor's for a millennium ! ...when you got Jacious Sears every second week going for cinderella gold . . Odds on Julien wont be the first to @10.6's in 2025.
I don’t think Julien is a 10.6 runner, at all. Let’s remind all, Julien is from a nation where she can properly train and peak, unlike the Jamaicans and Americans who have to interrupt their training to run a very difficult trials. That 10.72 was a well peaked Julien. She’s a starter and she is string, but she doesn’t have that extra gear of ShaCarri, Elaine, and Shericka to do the 10.6 thing. Shelly didn’t have it, but Shelly took 15 years to train for it, which is different. 10.72 was JuJu’s peak at the perfect time. Since it’s only a World Championship year and ShaCarri has a buy, I think we are gonna see her run tons of 200’s to get in shape for that. I wish ShaCarri would run indoor 60M, as well as a few 400’s in the beginning of the outdoor season, but the championships are late, so I think some of the top folks will come out pretty late.
@@stevie586 yep agreed Sha carri will be on the money .. later in the year but "Sears and Julien will take the world lead . Sears will be in a hurry again @10.7's Expecting Tia and Shericka to join the party in cruise mode..
@ hmmm…I don’t know about Sears, because that injury can take years to heal, if ever. JuJu isn’t an early season fast runner…her indoor times are insane, then early outdoor season she’s never really in world lead territory, but she finishes her seasons STRONG! ShaCarri, on the other hand, usually runs consistently fast all season. I definitely agree with you Sears will want to get back into that shape, but I don’t know if her body will be read. Juju now knows what 10.72 feels like legal, and she’s gonna definitely try for that again before the season is over. Tia looks great to me, because I still see she has a flaw in her maintenance transition, but given she has a perfect start and acceleration, I’m convinced Francis will have her learn to stand up at about 60-70 and get into her running…she currently looks like very young Shelly Anne who gets out fast and gets caught, but she’s gonna fix that. Jacko…my only concern is her age and that injury. I knew she was gonna be slower last year because 21-2023 she was running PB’s back to back to back and that was WAY faster than her former times, so her body needed to crash, like ShaCarri in 2022 (this is very normal), and Shelly in 2023, but adding that injury and her age really has me worried about my girl Jacko. I don’t see how Shelly can possibly get back into 10.7 shape given age/knee/etc., but her brilliance may be able to pull out a Bronze somewhere, respectfully. I’m wondering what’s up with my girl Elaine…I mean, that’s my fuq’n girl, and although it seems she may be done now, I’m hoping she can get back into those Nike shoes and give us a show; I think the shoes are Elaine’s real issue now because 2022-2024 I still think her form looked beautiful, and she still gave us 10.79 two of those years. I’m really on the lookout for some major fireworks in the 100M, and I do think ShaCarri’s failure to get the Gold in Paris, while she’s got a buy, is gonna possibly cause her to forego the 100M in the USA Trials, properly train/peak and get her 200M race together, and run an INSANE 100M PB. Although ShaCarri seems to have lost her steam by the time she got to Paris (all her 10M splits are much slower), I saw something in her acceleration 2024 - her acceleration actually looked faster than ever, and even that insane time she ran when she tripped shows she’s actually faster than ever right now. I’m excited for this season!!!

I wouldn't say Jacko starts are her problem, i think its her turnover rate, she takes too long to get into her running
