      Yes and do lots and lots of push-ups 💪 🙄 don't stop I said lots....like reps of 20 and do this like 40 times daily! You will gain muscle;-) finger tips helps make your kung-fu better with strong hands

    Training partner got drilled. That elbow is just solid. Knock haters out the frame! Great demo Master Wong this finally makes sense. You spin their wrist or arm. Not just block. Now I go train! Thank you

    Question: In breaking that wrist hold, what if the one holding your wrist is much stronger that you, and which makes it difficult for you to bring your elbow in toward his chest?

    Suggestion, why don't you try to invite A Hu, he defeated Wing Chun practitioner on top of the ring, so in that case you will know what is the weakness of Wing Chun.
