Once he’s traded every season he changes his mind about retiring. Once he’s traded u can add him back to the team that he was once on for your video. I got him to play up to 47 with that method
Or just go to roster and change his age a year without going to edit player. It makes the year they born whatever the age is so they play until you for e them to retire or the attributes get too low

Just accept the team option in the off season and continue to repeat this process and he could play forever. In 2k24 I did this and had Steve Nash play til he was like 49 he ended with like 20K assists the one time but I could have kept going. Havn't tried in 2k25 but im sure it works 2k never patches glitches.
