The other country people easily identifies our nationality with our accent no matter how proficiently u use the English language unless otherwise u have been living there from birth. Too much of stress to nativity usage is not really required. Just conveying the message properly is enough.

Why do we need to speak like a native, we aren't natives, are we? Speaking good english is more enough than the native accent.. we have a descent indian english accent. so don't try to pretend to be a native speaker....They have their own style and we have our own.
