With the tough sound that the original already has, it made sense to give it a similar feel encased in SOR2 sounds.
I never expected you to cover this. I’ve been listening through every OST Geoff Follin composed in memory of him. He and Tim are truly some of the greatest game composers.

Hey ice keep up the groove going! 👍 btw have you tried night slashers remake? I’ve watched it and the graphics aren’t as great as the og but the track works smoothly surprisingly.
@rannverwium7786 Thanks! I played the original Night Slashers with a friend some years ago. Saw the remake and it didn't appeal to me at all. But if the soundtrack's good, I'll check it out.
Not gonna lie, one time when I was walking with my music playing, I wondered how you might interpret the Briefing theme from this game as well (Storm's theme being another one too). Just a thought... :P This OST really hit hard on SNES, so this was a pleasant surprise though.
I know it's off topic But can we have a Magical Sound Shower remix or a Camino a mi Amor remix from the outrun series ? your outrun remix are super good.

This track was already superb, but your arrangement clearly elevates it.
I wish the Follins had composed for more titles on Genesis.
You should check out Time Trax. It's a Mega Drive game that never got released, but the soundtrack is out there.
