Kyrie wanted out of Cleveland and away from LeBron because LeBron tried to trade him for Eric Bledsoe and Paul George 😂 Had nothing to do with being in LeBron's shadow ffs
The only reason this happened for Kyrie is because everyone finally tried to teach him a lesson and he learned from that lesson by getting shunned out and disrespected to where he decided to act accordingly and start showing up for games, not missing for random reasons and causing drama it’s called learning from your mistakes he had to go through that
Great video. The story of Kyrie really is a story of growth and maturity. For him and those of us who denounced him initially. I’ll admit as a Mavs fan I was skeptical about bringing him in, but he’s been an absolute blessing and a model teammate since coming here. Can’t wait for the finals :)
I started watching NBA highlights because of Doncic and instantly thought he is the best ball handler in the league. Never would have thought they are gonna play together on a team. He also didn’t get the leg wax that makes him awesome. 😂👍🏻
Kyrie needed to be also understood, and that was big part of why he so happy now in Dallas. Just watch what Marc Cuban said in interview with Draymond Green
It also helps that Mark Cuban and the Mavericks as an organization are high class and take great care of their players and staff. From the star basketball players to the ball boys and ushers. They go above and beyond to cater for their people. I’ve heard they even provide a feast of food for opposing teams. Just look at how they cared for KAI during Ramadan compared to the Nets 😂
Irving matured, Dončić is the true #1, and Dallas is somewhat away from the national media despite being a big market. It is the perfect situation for him, because now he can be himself without all the scrutiny.
I stand by my statement. Kyrie was a locker room destroyer back then and it took some humble pill swallowing for him last off season to be the kyrie that people love and adored. Nothing makes me more happy than be proven wrong about my negative opinion. I hope Dallas takes it home.
1:25 Kyrie hates being under lebron's gigantic shadow. But now he is under Luka's gigantic shadow. He should just admit that he is best being the second guy
It can be both true that his attitude was unacceptable before and that he turned it around. People were not wrong for calling him out and it's great to see him at peace, leading this team to victory.
We don't mess with Kyrie in Boston because he was in a high horse and pretty much abandoned JT and JB during their loss to his former team during the ECF.
Because media reacts to their most recent performances. If they play bad for a stretch, you will obviously react negatively. If they play well for a stretch, then commenters will bring up the past and say the player "proved doubters and haters wrong." When they play bad again, all these commenters will be quiet again.
Nobody doubted Kyrie's skills, just his personality. His maturity has shown on the Mavs 100%, but has there been literally anywhere else where he has had maturity besides like Duke because of injuries and time? For most of his time on the Cavs he was ok bc he was young, but Boston will show him he shouldn't have left. One of the best Celtics teams statistically from deep against a Mavs group that can't trust anyone besides their backcourt. Celtics got better after he left and then he acted as if they were the problems. Lively is injured (badly) and Gafford is not a solid enough player to rely on. Just my opinions, but it will definitely be a relatively close series. Let's just enjoy the show fr. All respect for Ky.
@ the 1:22 mark, did Kyrie say those words? If so, then it seems he’s matured. Kyrie doesn’t mind playing next to a “bigger” star but maybe Lebron’s “shadow/light” at the time when Kyrie was relatively young to the league helped create this narrative that “he needs to be #1”. His success with Luka (plus the choice to pair with KD🙃) prove he doesn’t have to be #1, he just knows he is 1…. Edit* as I watch the video instead of just replying to the moment, A.M. Hoops - I see and hear your point, valid👍🏾

Only difference is Kyrie didn't have Michael Jordan carrying the franchise.
Uhhh no.
I watched Kyrie drop 50 against the prime Spurs. There was nothing Spurs could do. Insane talent.
Humility plus patience changes everything ☺
The media trying to portray Kyrie and LeBron as a son father relationship was just plain weird
Kobe is batman, and shaq is superman. They were never batman and robin.
Kyrie needed to be also understood, and that was big part of why he so happy now in Dallas. Just watch what Marc Cuban said in interview with Draymond Green
Love your content. Keep it up 👍👍
A.M got 525k subs.... i remember those old time 50k subs... bravo👏👏👏
This guy has ZERO integrity

Kyrie hates being under lebron's gigantic shadow.
But now he is under Luka's gigantic shadow.
He should just admit that he is best being the second guy
Mfer you doubted Kyrie too 😂
Bro jumped on the hype train too fast💀
Kyrie is a REAL ONE! ☺️🙋🏾♂️👊🏾😎🧏🏾♂️
The media needs to stop. Luka is Superman and Kyrie is Batman
It can be both true that his attitude was unacceptable before and that he turned it around. People were not wrong for calling him out and it's great to see him at peace, leading this team to victory.
F to his haters since Boston, hope you have a good life.
We don't mess with Kyrie in Boston because he was in a high horse and pretty much abandoned JT and JB during their loss to his former team during the ECF.
whats not being mentioned its the Le media ever since he left lebron the media turned on him even though lebron was the toxic one
Kyrie ain’t not no robin. This isn’t a 70’s sitcom. This is the NBA playoffs!
Everybody hated Kyrie that was for the 💉 and/or 🇮🇱
Dallas in 6... also calling Kobe a Robin is criminal
Ur the KD of UA-cam buddy
Most of Kyries hate comes from his anti-vax stance....time tells us he was 100% right.....purebloods 4 life!
