One time I was having a vacation in a hotel where Mete was in his training camp. I was having parties with our girlfriends, drinking, so much eating, and burning wood on the beach. We saw him at the breakfast around 6am which means he wakes up very early. Then we do our rooms; have rest and sleep-wake up around 6pm; go to dinner and swim etc. We saw Mete coming back from training around 10 pm. Very hard-working guy. His success does not surprise me.

What a surprise. I have to admit that I have never seen congratulating comments from Greece to a Turkish athlete. Even I saw, one Olympic Turkish Wrestler won the gold medal, Greek guys were saying, He is actually Greek. That's awesome to see a mature Greek person that appreciates successful sportsmanship.
