Compliments to Ghana Bound for the stellar work in discovering and sharing professional and passionate trades in Ghana. Mr. Tettey and his team recently completed 9 interior doors on my project and the results are simply stellar. I have never encountered a crew so meticulous, polite and passionate about their craft. Beyond the doors, interacting daily with the crew was refreshing and informative. Cheers to being epic!
I would suggest that Isaac puts a wood strip about 1/2 inch thick and 1.5 inches wide vertically along the lock side of the door at the outside (right side when you stand in front of the door from outside). That will hide the little gap and the bolts, and prevent someone from trying to stick in a saw to cut the bolts. I the strip is thick enough, you can inset it and put an LED channel in it for LED strip. Even without the strip, I will recommend that you put your LED strips in a channel.
Thanks for your advice, I may not have gotten the angle right as the LED Strip is in a channel Also as you mentioned he did ask us about the strip but we had wasted a two way door without the door stop. Thanks again i may have to reconsider.
Thank you so much. I am at this stage where I need doors I watched the first video and now I am convinced I want to go with Isaac I will be giving him a call soon please any advice? apart from this video? I can do it privately if that is ok if not, that is fine too. I appreciate what you have done already enjoy your soon-to-be complete home
Was he able to ensure or show you that the wood had been properly kiln dried so with the weather changes from Harmattan dry to rainy season humidity, it won't warp? I ask because the wooden doors in the guest house where I reside will close one day and not the next because of the swelling and shrinking of the wood from weather.
You can add also the doorstop on the pivot side of the door from inside
The wood strip that I was talking about is the doorstop which will prevent the door from swinging beyond its closed position.

Since you don't have the doorstop, you can add a magnetic catch on top of the door to catch it in the close position.
Awesome!!!!! I voted too for team Isaac for the first video. How much does the door finally cost?
Looks amazing ❤❤❤
Beautiful
Thank you

Great
Does he provide temporary keys and permanent keys as well. Since work is still going on in the building.
@ourfamilytree5931 Hi he will get back to you shortly, he will have to tell you if that's possible.
That door is pimp and i love it
What is the thickness of the door finally? in the first video, he spoke about 3 inches (7.5 cm) but it looks more like 2 inches in this video?
😊👍🏿
the door handle is not supposed to be attached to the inside panels .
Hi, can you clarify your comment? Do you mean they don’t need the interior door handle?
Does Mr Isaac work with customers from Kumasi ?
Thanks
Please contact him directly on the number in the description box
