Just built a very similar list, it includes another potential infinite combo with Niv Mizzet using Curiosity plus a lot of other wheels and forced draws. I've only played it twice but the chaos it creates for everyone has been thoroughly entertaining.
Also Kozilek Butcher of Truth is a good replacement for Elixir. You don't have to cast him just discard him with hands and he'll just reshuffle your deck all over
Wheel affects with Notion Thief 👌🏻 Let the table flipping begin! Kind of defeats the purpose of Nekusar but I have a Yidris storm deck that runs very similarly.

and Vensers Journal... that life gain is GOLD in multiplayer
My advice add Library of Leng for the Mind Over Matter combo so when you discard you'll put the card in your library and redraw it.
I play that same EDH and I use Kagemaro first to suffer as a sweeper.... is always effective!!!! and Black suns zenit as well

This deck needs dream halls. Dream halls is the best card in every nekusar deck. You can chain tons of wheels together for "free".
Evacuation. It's a great card against token decks and other creature decks. Bounce all their creatures and wheel them on your turn.
