I relate to zombie nick. Goes through the gauntlet of dealing with the wesen and then crashing the plane and he goes to the nearest pub like "bruh i need a beer"
Hi all. 3x01 got blocked in some countries I'm afraid - USA and Russia I believe. You can use a VPN to access it (choose UK as it's not blocked in the UK)
Re: Nick killing the man As you say it's a little difficult, but at the end of the day he wasn't in his right mind (no awareness or memory) & so can't be held responsible for what happened while he was in that state. In all likelihood that's what a court would find (ie not guilty due to diminished capacity), it's just the nature of it was outside the norm so the gang had to help justice along. As for Nick's parents, they were killed when he was in his early teens, remember that he told Juliet that his Aunt raised him & she asked "Not in the here (trailer)?!" or something similar.
Nick feels guilty in the same way he'd feel guilty if his gun was stolen and used to commit murder. He was trusted not just with the responsibility to use his gun safely, but to ensure that no-one else misuses it. As a Grimm, he is himself a weapon, and had a responsibility to ensure that weapon didn't hurt the public... he failed to prevent himself from being turned into the zombie. That is the responsibility and guilt he bears. Plus there's always the irrational sense of responsibility people can feel when they're connected to an accidental death either through proximity or survivor's guilt. He'll definitely be feeling that he should have been the one to die, not a bystander.
She is right about needing to see the Royal die and having it mean more. The way I would have handled it is the Royals have replaced by a Royal that is more cautious. The arrested Royal is released on bail awaiting trial. After being questioned the arrested Royal is hung making it look like a suicide. The current Royal in charge is mildly annoyed they cannot use torture when questioning the arrested Royal. Adalind makes a deal with the landlord to bring her what she needs. Adalind uses the story of being a surrogate for another couple as the reason she cannot go out in public and needs to stay hidden. The coffin is found with the paperwork inside that they intended to use to smuggle Nick out of the country. The captain gives a press conference where he answers questions about the civilian department assets that lent their knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist the department. The woman that gave Adalind her new Hexenbiest spirit is told that Adalind is gone. The woman is confident she can find Adalind no matter where she hides and that Adalind's powers will wane as her pregnancy progresses. the old Royal was Sean's cousin. This new Royal is Sean's half brother.

What happened to episode 3x01?
You are going to love the next prince, well you already love him 😉
I would be happy with an abridged version of a reaction to 3/Episode 1. I love continuity.
