I know how he feels after loosing my grandfather. My parents were always fighting and I barely saw my father so seeing agp step up and raise your nephews like they were his kids touches my heart as my grandpa practically raised me. I remember seeing AGP talking to JC at creek side when JC was sleeping in class. Jc has always had a bad attitude and he needs therapy. I don’t mean it disrespectfully.. I just know how AGP ended up having to raise those 4 boys and I know JC misses him more than any of us and wants to make him proud.

JC strikes me as a good kid at heart. Just rudderless and profoundly sad internally. AGP was his rudder for his whole life and I don't think he knew how to move his life forward after he passed away. You're a big influence on him, Mike. Keep doing what you're doing. Don't give up on him. You did the right thing by letting him serve out his time.
This started before AGP died. He was in military school at one point. I'm sure his death was a catalyst though. He needs really intensive therapy.

I was just saying that, for the most part, AGP kept him somewhat on track and held him accountable, while also imparting life wisdom on him like he'd do with us in his videos. You could tell it resonated with JC and he respected his grandpa a lot. When AGP died, he lost that. It's not an indictment on Michael or Jennifer. They do what they can. They just can't replace that figure nor should they try. The kid ultimately has to learn his own life lessons and I think prison will teach him that. He doesn't want to end up like Michael's brother. He's still young and has a ton of time to make things right for himself. He, like a lot of young people, probably still had a juvenile way of thinking about punishment. "If you get in trouble, you get your ass whooped." He just had to learn that, in the real world, you go to jail/prison depending on how bad the crime is.

The kid is suffering from a troubled household. He’s very fortunate for having Michael in his life but his situation has never been the best.
Lacking father, Grandpa was his solid piece in life, mother has been a mess, troubled in school, anger issues, bit of a learning issue, lacks respect, lacks discipline, and lacks good attention. They have even joked about the boys being kinda crazy and psycho tendencies. I’ve known for 5 years now.

Do you think they film every minute of their lives? He even said in this video that he talks to him daily while he has been in jail. So how do we not know that before then they didn't talk daily.
