- I didn't plan to do an Iris series until after I blew this one out and then it seemed like a no-brainer! The endless colors of irises make color selection an easy decision, which is often half the battle with fluid art. Full recipe details and colors used are listed below.

Paints used: Artist's Loft Flow Acrylic White, Arteza Marmalade, Pearl Amaranth Red, Pearl Magenta and white, Master's Touch Rouge, Modern Master's English Brown. Each of these were mixed with 1 part paint, 2 parts Floetrol and 1/2 part water plus a bit more water if necessary to thin.
The base was mixed 3 parts paint, 5 parts Floetrol and 2 parts water.

So glad you dont stick to what everyone else does - it would be pretty boring if everyone did the same thing with the same methods and same recipes etc....by the way you should give up painting and be a stand up comedian (or is that comedien?) I was laughing so much and you hadn't even started painting...before anyone gets upset by that remark Chris knows this Aussie chick loves her!!! This is gorgeous! I don't know how I missed this 3 days ago. So glad I caught this. Who cares what you call it...it fabulous! People are so weird! I guess you just have to ignore people like that. Plus most pour artist are not blowing white over it before they blow it out...it causes it to muddy to much. Those colors you made up are so yummy! Really great painting Chris!😊💜💙💜💙💜
