Would hate to see Musty go but I can see CBJ asking for him. Would be an absolute win if we could offer Mukhamadullin or Bystedt and a 2nd - but I'm probably over-rating our own prospects. Somewhere in between is a realistic offer
Of course I'd part ways with anyone on the roster not named Celebrini, Smith, or Eklund. But not sure if CBJ is looking for win-now pieces, they are in a rebuild of their own

Their best playmaking center since Koivu and they want to give him away for a guy who might be no better than a 3rd pairing d-man. What about Khusnutdinov + Lambos for Jiricek? Khusnutdinov would provide more depth to their bottom-6. Lambos has more offensive upside, but hasn't done much in Iowa.
As a Jackets fan, I think the most probable destination for Jiricek is Minnesota. Why? Because Minnesota is a Western Conference foe and as such, there is less chance he'd come back to haunt the Jackets. Secondly, current Jackets coach Dean Evason spent the last few years in Minnesota and knows the organization along with the available players well. Evason could best identify what player or players best fit the current scheme Evason and Waddell are trying to build in Columbus.
Flyers make the most sense to me I think he would be a good fit and they could use a bit more help on that blue line with young talent. Oilers makes no sense imagine how bad defensively and at skating that right side would be with Bouchard and then Jiricek in the top 4 don't see that going well
Idk exactly what Columbus would want but if I’m Montreal I’d probably offer Struble, CGY 1st & a middling forward prospect like Kapanen I think that’s decent value but I’d also be ok switching Struble for Xhekaj or Barron

Sens make no sense Grav Jiricek is just a worse version of Yakemchuk don't see why Ottawa would want 2 RHD that both have mobility issues and play the same style of game with Yakemchuk having a higher offensive ceiling would be weird to get a 20 year old dman to fill a 1 year gap until Yakemchuk makes the Sens next season and then Jiricek is useless and back in the minors or on the trading block again
I think it truly depends on Yakemchuk's development tbh.If he is ready next season then of course but if he needs one more year after then Jensen's contract is up and the right side will be Yakemchuk Zub and Jiricek. I will say depend on the price bc if you are just going to pull JBD in and out of the lineup might as well put a flyer on a younger one. If they want to do JBD+Boucher and maybe a 3rd I think it kinda worths a shot but that is probably all I want to offer.
