1:25 is so epic
0:00 - 8:01 is so epic
one thing i think a lot of these "realistic" games lack is powerful feeling firefights. guns are loud and bright. the muzzle flashes and the noise looks and sounds great in this. its chaotic like a real firefight. the only think id love to see here or somewhere else is how messy firefights indoors are. guns kick up a ton of dirt and dust and debris.
Yes, i think if they add the smoke and debris particle it’ll be Perfect, i think they will though cuz this is just a Beta.
@riardomilos8014 the only problem with realistic dirt kickup from a firefight is it fills rooms quick. Especially when you start adding grenades and such. Players would have a harder time seeing eachother thus encouraging camping and other annoying tactics. But still would be nice to see
@@ghostyboi9186 i dont think it would matter much. a game like this already encourages camping. in more realistic games nobody really gives a fuck about camping cause its a valid tactic to use. shouldnt harm the game's realism/immersion over people's playstyles you dont like lmao
That’s an awesome idea
Like when you shoot concrete it would puff up and when you shoot plaster dust lingers in the air
I feel like if you make the thing very low quality you can trick people into thinking it’s a real gore video.
i put it on 144p but it doesnt rlly feel like it cus i know its a game but im sure u can trick other people with it
I would put like a grainy overlay and make it even more low quality with some software and then you can possibly trick little kids.
@@Romantrotmanit sorta does but the aiming down sights doesn't make it feel like a gore video
@RJ28753 and the movement. Doesn't feel realistic enough. Cool game tho, will play once it gets released
Yeah it will def be one of the best police games ever.
The sound design in this is insane. Some of the best gun sounds I've heard in a game.
Yes if it was outdoors. The guns shouldnt sound like that inside a building. There is no echo like that in a building. Gun shots in closed rooms sound essentially like flashbangs. They dont sound open, they sound encapsulated. Like a blast unable to leave a container.
@@snakeace0Yeah it’s really weird lol long reverb tails in small corridors doesn’t make sense. I think ppl just like the distorted bang bang theatrics but I hope they change it a little.
@@snakeace0 I've done plenty of indoor shooting in real life and it sounds pretty much exactly as I'd expect for this environment. There are no carpets, the walls and floor are bare concrete with relatively open rooms and open windows, no furniture, etc. If the rooms had furniture, carpeting, etc I might agree with you, but no clip in this video was really a small confined room. The closest thing is at around the 5:35 mark, and the sound is much more compressed there as you would expect. The parts in the large metal warehouse would absolutely echo like that.
Yeah but i bet its not their sounds, the bullet impact sound at 3:43 is a free bullet impact sound from the internet and i know because i use them for my animations
it's terrible lol what
I think making the camera movements a little sharper could give it a more realistic feel. Right now it looks like a very weird cam stabilizing program is on the game. It kind of just lethargically flows from side to side.
fr maybe if they tweak it to where it’s more stable and middle center
agreed
Unless you treat the aim and shooting process just like when you're playing one of those arcade games that you have to use the gun props to aim and shoot the enemies
Action cameras have stabilization algorithms so it actually looks correct imo.
@@Caligari87 The smoothing isn't this flowy from what I saw on some body cam footage. It mostly seems to get rid of jittery and small movements. The game camera moves like it's moving through some dense liquid. Looking at this game again, the camera constantly wobbles side to side like the operator is a drunk sailor. Usually, your body stays fairly level while standing and running side wise.
Our PC are becoming airplanes with this one🔥🔥💥💥💯💯💯🔥🔥🗣️🗣️🗣️
This game is shaping up to be something special. The active ragdolls make the kills so satisfying
I loved this about CS: Source. Boxes, chairs, computer monitors, oil barrels used to fly everywhere.
This is beyond promising. I'll be looking forward to seeing the progress you'll make this year.
0:11 "uaaaaaa !"
it was fun playing with you and thank you for joining my server in the playtest!
By the way, I think that for more realistic and immersive battles, the developer can add dust or a slight oil blur on the screen when shots are fired near the player, that is, suppression mechanics.
It would also be possible to remove large splash decals on the walls, leaving only drops of blood, since in real life there are no such huge puddles glued to the walls😅
I want to wish the developer good luck in development, I see a very big result compared to his beginning developers, starting with "Worst World" I've been following the developer's developments for a long time, and I'm glad that he has improved his development skills so much👍
I would also like to know from you how I can get to the play test please
playtest was only yesterday, next playtest will be on 21.1 I think
I'm not sure, but it's all posted on their discord server
@@AdamgamesCZdo yk what the daucord id, the oke you posted under desc is expired
I've already updated the link👍
I personally would disagree on the artificial suppression mechanic like in other games. The game visuals are intense enough with all the camera shaking and fisheye effect. It would just make it annoying to play if artificial blur is added and also not realistic. Smoke from bullet impact on the other hand, that sounds interesting to say the least.
That blur affect when you get shot at is unrealistic an annoying as fuck like in squad
playtest was so fun, also real happy i got into some games with you
I thought this was just gonna ride Unrecord's success but now I see it is actually somewhat satisfying or good. Keep it up.
It's great, you get the feeling that shooting indoors are like mini-flashbangs
Hell yea, this game is going to be awesome!
Very cool so far! Extra points in my book if you can add dismemberment and increase gore effects
Thanks for the support ! See you next week ;)
Is the playtest available for everyone?
@@user-km5to9np3ronly for popular UA-camrs but they are lying by saying that candidates are randomly selected.
@@Fishifyed I figured maybe that's the case you can on the see popular UA-camr like Big Fry Tv Play testing this game.
It's reasonable though, they did it to hype up the game and they don't have a lot of server to accommodate all the players
Animations so smooth it felt like looking at a VR game, keep it up devs!
i like the moving gun its a unique take on how guns are placed in the screen compared to how it normally is which is stuck with ur camera. thou i don't like the camera recording concept.
This is basically if Unrecord had multiplayer, and I love it!

This game just... clicks. I love this.
The intro makes this game look like a bodycam style version of Call of duty
Small tweak on their sound would be incredible. So far, it sounds like every gunshot is happening in a concrete tunnel. Closed-off spaces should have really loud and abrupt bangs without that lingering echo
This is all what we wanted ready or not to be.
Finally a game tactical game that has fast pace pvp geez!!!
100% gonna be a game im gonna be obsessed with on launch
bro im HYPED
The amount of friendly fire in this game is going to be *UNREAL*
But seriously, this kind of reminded me of what I thought Rainbow Six Siege was going to turn out to be; and that my favorite shooter for some time there (before it turned into what it is)
Maybe this will be a new favorite? Looking like it will be!
This is just insane
I think this has a lot of potential to top a lot of games trying to achieve the same feel. To take it up a notch, what I think this version lacks is the awareness of an actual “body cam” perspective.
As per the definition, the camera is on the player’s body, not acting as the head. Therefore, whenever the player aims down there sight, we should not be seeing directly down the iron sight or red dot like we are in this video demonstration.
It should be slightly lower, maybe to the same level as the gun resting in the shoulder, but definitely not at the height of the player’s in-world eye level.
Just a thought.
I just hope the game has some substance past the graphics, some interesting gamemodes and unique features.
The intensity of the guns in this game looks second to none, the weapon that you are holding in your hands feels powerful as fuck and I love it
One thing I would love to see in games like this, is the added benefit to finish off someone. Let's say, thorax and headboxes are instant kills. But if you spray someone in the legs, or stomach etc, they would have a bleed out time when they fall to the ground and they could still shoot back with their weapons in that time period. That could give players the ability to properly finish off each other ("confirm your kill"). For gameplays sake, you could lets say hold down the spacebar to pass the bleed out period and get back to the game faster (if there are respawns). Basically just like the "request medic" period in Battlefield games, but you could still use your guns.
Maybe this could prove to be too gory by modern standards, but I think alot of these "realistic" shooter games miss the "confirm kill", where you put a couple of more bullets in your enemy. This would give a lot more realism and immersion imo, but only assuming the hitboxes work correctly, because we don't want someone shooting back, once a 12 gauge already met their forehead.
In the video we see the player doing what I just described, but there are basically no benefits to do that by the seems of it, because once they fell to the ground, that means they are dead. I really think that my idea could potentially work, although there may be a reason why no game is doing it. I am not sure, but if I remember correctly, in a COD game there is a mechanic what I just described. The only reason that does not really add to the immersion, is because the game is already very arcadey. But in realistic games, I think this could work.
From an academic perspective you might be interested in the OccupationCS: Source mod, one guy's attempt at an insanely realistic shooter way back in 2009-2012. It had everything from bullets ricocheting and/or fragmenting depending on their exact construction and the material (and angle) impacted, exact armor hitboxes and split up 'body' hitboxes not unlike the latest Tarkov patch, an Intruder-like balance system (complete with the ability to stay down or recover) on top of more health-based knockout and bleedout systems (and a rudimentary medical treatment system, though you won't be able to use it much with AI IIRC) and even the ability to drop your firearm due to it or your hand being shot (or you being knocked out).
Knocking the AI down by peppering their legs (or helmet) with bullets then walking up and finishing them off was the future of gaming to me back then.
Wow! The guns feel so good
I’m the guy that yelled at the beginning I think 😂😂
lmao xDD
YO WHAT THIS GAME LOOKS FIRE.
The game looks so freaking sick.
OMG I LOVE THIS GAME
you should probably tap or burst fire for that military feel. because no military would spray fire when it is not needed (note: spraying is used to deliver covering fire or when an enemy is 3inches (very close) away from you.)
This game looks beautiful
I like this game more videos of this 😊
brother, these airsoft tracers looks fire ngl
This airaoft gameplay is insane
cant wait to play
looks great
Hope the gun sounds improve but everything else looks awesome!
More games should utilize a grimey camcorder aesthetic, and although the body cam fisheye lens tacticool fps type game is pretty overdone now, I'd love to see a Kane and Lynch 2 spiritual successor with good controls and shooting
They nailed the audio in this game.
Love how loud and chunky it sounds
Looks so cool
This is very epic
Bullet whizzing and cracking sound and some ocassional Tracers would be nice
Soon as i saw the strobing at :26 i was like yea, this game will be different in CQB with flashlights!
Wow a game that actually gets weapon sounds right. Never thought I would see the day. RoN is good tho. If you could build good scenarios on photoscan maps that would be awesome. This map has been used to death for bodycam games.
Bodycam, the game where the bodycam is on your head
nothing weird about that, camera could just be attached to the helmet and it obviously needs to be at eye level for the gameplay since there needs to be a way of being able to ads and see where the bullets are gonna go...
@@zedus4042 You're lost man
@@steamhearteyes ?
The reload animations and super fast transition between walking-sprinting-walking (where's the inertia? lol) look super silly but DAMN those sounds 😳
Is this ready to play on Steam? I've been waiting for such a long time. I can't wait to try this for myself.
So many things I've always wanted to see rolled into one project. VR really takes these games from just that to more of a training feel. I've always felt like these games need a proper deafening and blinding mechanic to make hearing and vision protection gear a functional part of the player experience. This is coming from someone who has a pair of Peltors for each place I store a weapon though.
This isnt vr
The arc a750 with the i5 12400f will be enough for 60 fps?
Bro WHAAAAT this looks EXACTLY like real life dude 🥶
- Someone who has never been outside
This looks too goddamn good
I read the system requirements, and realized that this game will work very well on my computer. I'm waiting for the middle of the 2nd quarter guys! this is look very good!
Magnifique !
Should have a ring in the ears after large noises..
Just a very faint one. And some dampening of fine details like footsteps during that time.actually does have the dampening a but already
This game is so realistic
6:08 bro look at the way falling guy kicks this WOOOW
Wish i got to play this
That plane moment reminds me of Worst World. We all know how abandoned that game became.
Wonder if it's made by the same team.
yess xd
It actually is 😂
Really wanna see more, start double tapping them though, see if the game added any reactions to that.
Great combat footage. Quick question: what camera were you using?
It’s a game called Bodycam
God damn this should be VR
Make it vr ready please to keep it up to date with latest tech
If they add realistic dismemberment that would the mosy immersive and dope thing ever
ADAM, THERES A NEW HYPERBOX UPDATE!
I want a VR support for this)
YOUR ALMOST AT 100K SUBS!!!!!
Is this for Vr? Or pc?
I thought this was vr at first😮
What kind of a faxking genius made that holo sight
So the game goes off scope a little? Some military stuff goin on, the dynamics are higher. I was thinking of it as something that would stay within tactical and low pace niche like RON. I think character movements and animations are less realistic and immersive than environment so further limiting movement mechanics can potentially minimize the jagged animations.
The game looks sellable already, I hope the devs keep working on it!
the sound effects are a bit over the top but looks cool
The euphoria and ragdolls remind me of dying light 1
First love your vids I would love to be in one
This game is very realistic
Ready or Not killer
the flopping around is realistic also like it when you get headshotted, you just drop like a sack of potatoes.
looks good but i wonder how controls gonna be
Imagine this project, like DayZ style game?
imagine what a 500-player campaign game would be like
Would the camera distortion prevent it from working with UEVR?
Is this game going to be online mulltiplayer? like PvP? :o i'm suuuper excited for the release!
This is very clearly online multiplayer pvp
Running animation looks a bit weird, but still good game
2 ads less than 1 minute apart, and 4 ads before the 5 minute mark…
Idgaf how good the gameplay or video is, that’s ridiculous
It feels like spray and pray😂
Will this be on consoles?
Playtest today on steam
if they smooth out the animations a bit more, and make them SLIGHTLY less janky and add more game modes, it'll be a fire lil niche game.
It’s hard to believe this isn’t vr with the gun movement
This game gonna be a real PTSD sim
Damn would be a great vr game 🤣🤣🤣 plus getting nauseous vomiting all over
