- Hey guys welcome to another video! In this video I take you guys along and show you some highlights in a regular week in my life. We did a crazy reaction exercise in Nijmegen with a tarp, went to the gym for a big leg day and also had a game. I don't, want to tell you guys too much about the game but let's just say I wasn't too happy about it. It's important to learn from your mistakes and I think it's important I show you guys both the good and the bad. This was definitely a low point but we have to keep our head up and keep moving forward. Hopefully you guys also learned a thing or two, I'm sure I did. Anyways, all the best,

I also film with the GoPro and I just put it beside the goal (right or left) to make sure that the camera don’t get smashed. I know that the saves don’t look that angle but with this position of the camera I make sure that I get all the saves even from an acute angle and in 3 months of filming almost every training session it only got smashed 1-2 times

You can put the GoPro behind the net in the middle, so you can record the whole game and whenever you have to go out of the box , you will be able to be seen😄
Great video, thanks for the motivation. Can you do a gym/workout video for off-season or during to show how you train since you mentioned not using heavy weights so much. Can you show us your program such as how many days, and reps and sets and things like that?

Hello mate, I can relate to your match highlights a lot, but I think you were very harsh on yourself! maybe only the first goal you should have saved, you did well to get close to the rest, sometimes a game just doesn't go our (keepers) way

yo ik heb jouw video net gezien en ik ben nu bij minuut 13:29 waar jij een 1v1 situatie krijgt en je hem doorlaat, ik zou eerlijk gezegd niet gaan zoals jij bent gegaan maar ik zou naar hem toe gaan en mijn benen sprijden en mijn armen sprijden als je snapt wat ik bedoel want ik denk dat je hem dan zou hebben gehad. (ik ben keeper btw), maar mischien weet jij het wel beter, ik wou gewoon zeggen wat ik dacht.
Ja wellicht heb je gelijk! Ik wist in deze situatie wel dat hij naar die hoek gaan maar naar mijn mening was ik gewoon te laat! Volgende x beter😀

The things you say after the match that you could do better is the same thing i say to myself when in our league for young people we loose almost 20-0 every match and even though it could be 30 if not me i still blame myself that i could do better
