I currently have my Venus return, today and of course Pluto is conjunction natal Venus which I've been feeling the change
Fabulous condensed comprehensive presentation... I've just had a Jupiter return over the past week. In my natal chart all aspects to Jupiter (12th) are positive except the opposition with Uranus. I've felt light of spirit... what to look for????
But how do you know when a planet "triggers" one of your natal planets???

Question. Does this apply the same way towards the Lunar Return chart? Which aspects are more important? (1)The transiting aspects to each other in the heavens at the precise time of your Lunar return, or(2) the planets transiting your natal planets for the day? @MarStars Astrology

So the only thing I'm confused with whether or not to use transits or using my fixed natal chart? So for example Uranus just went direct. Uranus is in my natal 2nd house along with other planets but for the sake of discussion I'll use Uranus for an example.
Uranus is also transiting through my 5th house. So which house is actually being affected? My second house or the 5th house?
Both. If we take only the transiting Uranus it affects your 5th house for sure, even if you were born without natal planets. :) In this case transiting Uranus makes square to natal Uranus, and this means that your natal Uranus and it's house is also affected. If the transiting Uranus doesn't make aspects with any planet (at least not major aspects) then what is affected is only your 5th house.
5th house aspects all houses without 4th,6th, 12th, 10th. So, in case all your planets are in these houses, then transiting Uranus affects only your 5th house.
Im sorry, not to be rude, but where are you getting these times from? Neptune for 3 years?? Neptune moves extremely slow and will actually affect you for around 14 years! Jupiter and Saturn a couple of months?? No Jupiter affects you for a year and Saturn is 2.5 years more or less. Please explain where are you getting these times from?
Say you have a Venus Pluto square in your natal chart and transiting Venus Pluto are both conjunct BUT NOT aspecting any of your natal planets. Because you have a Venus Pluto aspect in your natal will you still feel the transit?
I say yes. Because this is my own experience that I have studied.

Yeah all of my inner planets make harsh aspects to uranus, neptune and pluto in my chart. I tend to experience even positive transits in an unpleasant or uncomfortable way. The only good transit ive had in the last 20 years is when tr.NN conjuncted my sun in leo in 2017. Very challenging but also productive and good for me. Plus because 4 of my inner planets are all in the late degrees (between 20-29) but in different elements (smh), i almost always have at least one shitty transit hitting an inner planet. One ends another one starts. I hate my chart. My moon and venus also rule my 7th and 5th houses respectively. Hard transits to my moon and venus produced some of the worst experiences in the shittiest periods of my life. I’ve never seen another chart like mine. I am cap rising with sun in 8th house, so life can be anxiety and blockages, bad timing. I do feel really discouraged but i try to find a way around it. Its exhausting though and i sometimes feel cursed because of it. Pluto conjuncts my ascendant next year while saturn and jupiter are currently toiling away in my 12H. Pray for me 😂?

You need to analyze how is Mars triggered in prediction. Other relevant indications - Asc and 1st house - your activity, 2-8 house - energy balance, 6-12 health
