Hey man I’ve seen a lot of your videos do you have any tips for the yips I got them because coach made a new rule we’re the whole team gotta run foul poles for every past ball it started with me jus throwing one an now during warm ups during games during practice it’s like I have forgotten to throw a baseball I can throw decent from longer distances but within like 60 ft I have a lot to trouble
What’s weird is I pitch the ball fine like my coach doesn’t understand how I can’t throw a ball 20 ft in warmups but when I go to pitch i can Throw lights out
@Rand Stokes Try on those shorter distances putting less arm into the throw and instead just kinda using the wrist to flick it, sometimes I sidearm it a little. The spin I put on the ball kinda controls it
