Hoshiko's first kote against Kwon clearly hit his left fist, and couldn't be considered a ippon. As it was at the end of the match, actually Kwon should have won it.
Id say left fist is even generous looks like it hit the tsuka in frame by frame. Very bad ippon to give.

別にそういうわけではない。外国人の方が引き技に対しての警戒が薄いから打ちやすい。そもそも星子は警察入ってから前での技が多くなった
