06-04-2013 My father in law bought a new Bailey Unicorn Barcelona in 2011 through Duncan Caravans, Wishaw, Scotland. There has been an ongoing fault with the ‘Dometic Fridge Freezer’ since summer 2012. Duncan Caravans have ‘attempted’ to undertake work through the warranty but have ‘failed’ to secure the correct part. Duncan are blaming Dometic and their parts ordering system!! Phoned Bailey Caravans, the receptionist (Julie) stated that I could not talk to Customer Services David Ardrey.
Many thanks to Bob Swain from Bailey Caravans for taking control of the situation by talking to Duncan Caravans and Dometic. According to Bob the correct part is now on its way to Duncans. I will keep you up dated. David A.
