With a diy popcorn basket of course! A whole scene. Maybe they can see it in a theatre or outside, where others come Drive-In style in their new Corvette and others have a picnic. :)
She already has a movie theater video, however a opening night Barbie runway would be awesome. I’ve already made custom Barbie jewelry for the film, than I am doing a custom doll. The price is too rich 🤑 for me 😂this time

Hey Toya, pool tip!
Liberally Paint mod Podge glossy on top of the plastic on the pool, then use a straw to blow ripples into the modpodge. Once it dries clear, it will make perfect and realistic ripples for your pool! It's a trick diorama and miniature makers use a lot, and it works a treat and adds an extra level of elevation to the model!
Toya does that. She just didn't do it this time yet. She also cuts holes for the dolls to look like they are in the water. 😊

I’m a young mom, and I haven’t purchased a Barbie or doll of any kind since like middle school. But these dolls made me so happy, I had to splurge!! I haven’t seen this kind of detail on barbies in years. The clothes are all fabric, come with multiple pieces, and just remind me of how fun Barbie was when I was a kid. They are absolutely perfect!! Can’t wait till my order comes, and I am even more excited to see the movie.

The President Barbie is absolutely gorgeous. I wasn't planning on getting any of the movie dolls because I dont have the room but she might be an exception.
They are absolutely beautiful dolls but I hope they do some more at the 25 price point because 50 is above my personal budget for a single doll. Maybe some of them will eventually go on sale.

As a collector, I love the dolls but I feel bad for little girls who may not be able to get the entire play line since almost all the other movies had dolls at a price point most parents could afford.
Yeah like these dolls are great for collectors even the boxes but like there's no way these are adorable for parents in today's economy
Im in the UK,the only place you can get the Barbie doll is eBay and it's over 100 dollars,which sucks my daughter was really excited to got one but I just can't afford that
Every single doll in this line is MSRP $50 (USD) except the pink gingham Barbie and the surfboard Ken seen here, which are both MSRP $25 (USD). Even the three-outfit fashion pack is $50 (USD). It's honestly ridiculous. I can't afford any of it.
these are Mattel Creations - so collectors dolls. The play line doll with the bangs/pink outfit should be cheaper!
@@melinafiol I would argue that's still a collector doll just because it's apart of the same line. A patent would still look at that doll and give you the classic don't take it out of the box

What is with Mattel and their refusal to give dolls ankle joints? The dolls are $50 each! The least they can do is allow the doll to wear flat shoes. They're all so stunning, though.

I believe there’s a reason why Gloria’s doll have a made-to-move body
Because she plays a ‘human’ (the Mattel’s employee) in the movie while the others are just ‘dolls’(the Barbies n Kens) in the movie (fun fact: most of the Barbies only have pointy feet in the movie trailer)
Therefore I think that’s the reason why Gloria gets the made-to-move body while the Barbies doesn’t

the only problem is that most Ken dolls with articulated limbs and rooted hair have fair skin blonde hair and blue eyes we need more diversity when it comes to male dolls
I'm with you. I'm white, but I'd sure like to see more of a variety in the Ken dolls....I know there are black Kens, but I don't see many Latinos or Asians. It's just more fun with a wide range.
That's a good point but these are based off the movies, there's still the other ken I've seen on Instagram. I forgot the doctor's name but it's the guy from 7 rings so we're also getting an Asian ken with rooted hair and even birth marks on his face.

I'm loving these new dolls! But I don't get why they'd be stitched into their clothes. The cheaper ones are meant to be play line, right? So that definitely doesn't make sense to me lol. And why would the RC car be cheaper ($25 cheaper, that's a big gap) than the non-RC one? These are all so cool, though! And wow, a new petite Made to Move? I may have to grab that. :D Thanks for sharing!!!
I think the car situation is because the non rc one is much more detailed and also has a back seat and working doors - that’s the one I’m going to get. But yea the clothes being stitched on is 👎
My guess is that they wanted them to look perfect in the box for the people who don’t unbox signature dolls 🤷🏾♀️ but that is just a guess
Love everything you did…setting up everything to be ready for big movie premiere! It is so fun for us as collectors to watch your creativity just like we are watching the premiere now being set up! It is so much fun and exciting to collect on all these dolls - I managed to collected every dolls that are coming out from The Movie which wasn’t cheap. It is a must haves that I am planning to put them in my special display cabinet. ❤🔥❤🔥 Not sure if I want to unbox them because I am not inbox collector.
