I just started watching your videos and I'm really enjoying them. I owe 40 acres of wooded land and I'm going to build a tiny home. I have never built a home or milled my own lumber but I will soon be doing both. I can't decide if I should get a Logosol F2 plus a chainsaw or buy a woodland mills band saw. Some logs I can get to with my truck and others are not near a trail. I can't decide what product would be best for me. Any advice?
It's a tricky one. The band saw is faster to cut with, F2+ is easier to get started with and get a better result as a beginner. Is very much depending on liking and taste, personally I probably prefer F2 but you will be happy with both choices. Perhaps not the direct answer you were looking for. 😁
@@Projectoftheday I realized getting the logs to the band saw might be harder then I thought. I think I'll start with the F2 so I can bring the mill to the logs. Thanks for the reply and looking forward to watching more of your videos.
