The stabilizers and in particular the space stabilizer needs to be replaced.

Thanks for trying but sound test 2 has some kind of audio layer or it's heavily edited to the point that it's almost broken making the comparison pointless. It's easy to tell by just comparing both tests background sound.

i actually turned off the aircon and test 2 which sounds like i added a layer but i didnt haha
and it is kinda irreversible to make the comparison but i did it anyways

What tape is it? Just normal black PVC Electrical Tape?
I gotta do some more research before I buy any old tape and lay it on the PCB :/
