If this is watchdogs 1 or 2 either ways he will be pretty unstoppable in the city. He can hack phones , computers, cars , security systems, guns and etc. has access to drones flying or ground with stun or bombs . He can cause a total black out or emp as I think it actually is. Also don’t forget his enhanced reflex where he slows down time a little bit. I played both games can’t wait for the new one coming out.

He would give it to Kirishima or someone like that. Never mirio as he does not agree with night eye. And mirio is nighteyes agency.
If you actually gave him one for all would that mean he meet all might in person how would that happen.and if that happen and gave his quirk would it been wrong . Meaning why would he pass his quirk to a killer? Would he know he killed those men?.and all that stuff aside would ALL MIGHT A HERO give his quirk to a MURDERER in the eyes the LAW and. Just plz don't give him all might quirk plz you the only one that have done something new I really want you to not give him a all might's quirk ,because I don't what to hear the same thing over and over again and I'm so sorry for probably wasting your time like this like I could actually change your mind about YOUR decision on the matter I just want to give us a story.
