It might be a reason! Not having a follow through is one of the major reasons of an injury

Hi Sven! Thanks for your drills and tips. I need one more! I’m a quite short and my opponent from 4/5 games starts to loob me every time. I’ve not a good smash and my ball reading or my run in not enough to hit the ball without bounce. I can hit the ball almost always but not in a perfect way or in a effective way! How can I hit the ball in these situations where the lob bounces off the ground and how can I dissuade opponents from lobbing?
Hi Claudio, Thank you very much for your comment! Maybe, you positioned yourself to close to the net, and then there is a lot of space behind you. You should have a look how Tello and Chingotto play together. Chingotto positions himself slightly more backwards
@@OtroNivelPadel Thank you for the tip, I'll watch more chinotto plays. Yesterday I played and after my question and tried to answer myself and tried to stand further back. It worked at least because it took the distance away from my opponents, who looped on the glass (tried to move me after my partner's serve). Now I'm more often under the ball than not kicked by it and I put more smashes and bandejas than usual. I will try to find more effective solutions by watching the players you pointed out!
It'd be great if you add chapters to this sort of videos. So if I want to review ie. point #7 then is easy to find. Cheers! VAAAMOOOS!

It would be nice if you got an external wireless microphone. The volume of the speach is low and when you are far from the camera it's very low.
Or normalize the sound volume during edition. Takes little time and makes a world of a difference
I use one, but its a shotgun mic. I think that is the best option because I move around a lot. What do you think will be better?

@@OtroNivelPadel I don't have any specific model to recommend. Just the kind you put on the clothes. I've seen other padel videos where that kind of mic is used with good results.
