My cow was the same way after she had her first calf on our farm. The second and third calves have not been nearly as bad although she still gets edema every time. Rub some Superior Cow Cream from Synergy Animal Products on her udder.
We keep their products on hand. I have been using that. I haven’t mentioned this yet but she is bleeding in one of her quarters. Not a lot but enough to have a pink line between the milk and the cream. Is this something you have experienced? She is negative and no signs of mastitis.
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy life to share some of your day. God bless you and your family. 🌸
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to watch ☺️ God bless you 💜
You’re doing a great job!
Hope everyone is doing well.
We are..thank you!
Have you ever tried a “cow can’t kick” type of bar? Our freshened heifer is struggling with kicking terribly and the no kick bar has helped immensely,
I didn’t. Since it was all post partum hormones I decided to ride it out. Fortunately for us with in a few weeks she was back to her normal easy self!

@@JohnsonBranchFarm hmm, I’ve only seen that when my cow has mastitis. I’d give Synergy a call and ask them about it.
Do you have any updates on the little cabin? Would love to see the work yall have been able to get done
Yes we do! I will post a video on it soon.
