“The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again.
But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked.
Don’t rejoice when your enemies fall;
don’t be happy when they stumble.
For the Lord will be displeased with you
and will turn his anger away from them.
Don’t fret because of evildoers;
don’t envy the wicked.”
Proverbs 24: 16-19 NLT
Layout turned out great! Nice operating session as well. That is the great part about N scale. You can have a nice layout that is fun to operate that you can fit on a desk or table, and then store out of the way when needed.
Your 2x3 was a big part of the inspiration for this!
Jimmy great job, please show more of how to build small layouts. Stay safe, and lets hope in less then two weeks, there is Peace in the country.🇱🇷🌍✌ Question,i got a head of myself on commenting, what type of tool for uncoupling the trains? Great video.
Nice video and OP session. I've been racking my brain trying to incorporate a run around in my design. Never occurred to me to use a lap around the track!?!?! My layout is 3x6.
Looks really good Jimmy! Your buildings look great painted and in place.
Love it Jimmy still working on mine also may I suggest a track bumper on the end where the expansion track is you don't want a Loco in the floor 😜
Excellent idea!
Great to see this start to finish. Perfect for those who are new to the hobby.
Nice layout,it turned out great. I like that you can do some switching. You said that this layout is expandable. How would go about this? Thank for sharing your journey.
Nice little layout. Love you can use it as a modular section. My smallest one I did for a customer in a jewelers case. I left it DC but my personal layout is windows 10 and Elo touch controlled. It's 4' x 7'. I use all Kato track as well. My wife said I should tear down my layout and build a new seeing I enjoyed building it so much. lol
Late to the party here, but I think that building a layout is almost more fun than operating on it. That is saying something because I love operating model trains. There is just something about the build process though. Must be something to it because In all my years, I have never actually "finished" a model RR layout, LOL.
Nice lay lay out Sir. I’m 58 yrs old and just now getting in to model RR. Looking forward to years of enjoyment. A lot of these layouts simply blow me away.
Looks really good. That Alco looks right at home
Your channel is very well put together! I really enjoy your videos! I'm glad I found you here
Thank you!
How much would something like this cost
how much would the materials cost all together?
Great job! Did you make the building stl files for your 3-D printer yourself or you acquired them?
I designed them all and I make the printed buildings available in my Etsy store!
Fantastic plan and video. HC Treintje Herman from Belgium.
Thank you very much!
Looking at n gauge layouts on UA-cam and came across your channel - nice videos!
Ps something the caught my eye.. what’s the story behind the NZ number plate on your wall?
I know it can't be, but that looks like a New Zealand license plate on your wall o_O the Black on white, two letters and 4 numbers. Plus, nice layout :)
Me, my father, and my friend are making this layout! This video inspired me! You did a really good job with this! Just one quick question. In the video, where did you get the Lehigh Valley locomotive at in 1:44?
Nice job Jimmy, I hope I manage my wiring as easy as you did when I get to that point. I have a friend who's an electrician and I'll be sure to include him w this stage of my layout. Like you I want STREET lights and my buildings lit as well. Thanks for sharing your videos Jimmy and I'm viewing them from Delmar, Delaware.
i'm think about making a mrr in n scale with the same curve radius and i'd like to know if 89ft auto racks and long passenger coaches fit around those curves?
I have an O scale layout, but sometime I plan on incorporating N scale as a miniature railroad like Train mountain.
I was overwhelmed & at awe at this series you did. There was a few areas(wiring, scenery and the way you ran it) that was a little confusing to me as a beginner having little experience. See others use the control box seemed a little easier to start out with. Like the Bible verse!! Stay Safe & God Bless!!
You need flowers! It looks wonderful and would be even better with flowers.
Addition of turntable in sidings would allow you to do this with ease...
Hi There, Would you be interested in reviewing some of our 3D Printed N Gauge Model Railroad Kits?

How to rs.
Excellent layout and operation session. It looks like a lot of fun can be had with this little arrangement. Keep up the great video content and weekly shows. I signed up for your Patreon page. Thank you for all you do for the community.
Like the new video .Very much.
Great layout! Question: where are the 6 Unijoiners placed? I assume 4 (1 for each turnout) and 2 for the main tracks? I'm helping a friend build this model. Thanks.
Yes you are correct.
That turned out great! Just makes me even more excited for my own 2x4 I’m working on.
Looks awesome Jimmy! Are you going to do MRRTwo to connect to MRROne? Oh and nice hat! - Jason
I'm trying to figure out MRRTwo lol!
N scale might best option for me.
Start to finish, how long did this take to accomplish? You've inspired me to get my butt in gear, and using this "module" planning, makes it easier to digest.
I would say a little over a month working on and off.
Incredible. That is all, Sir.
Which uncoupler are you using?
Great layout you created in such a short amount of time.
It's actually just a small screwdriver.
It looks great! I have to do some backlog watching to see it's creation now.
Thank you!
Good video jimmy keep posting updates up
Thank you!
Amazing
Lookin' good!
That's very nice!
Thank you!
