@@nl9803 my only question is he has not been charge sheeted with proofs. He getting bail will add as a set back. If it cannot be proved why arrest and get negative attention from voters and lose few seats ? Still Indian voters are not matured to withstand development. World economy is so bad but the economy is cushioned in India. Do Indians still look for free bies? @@rajxlsinall for all 3 queries : a. There is no guide line on when to arrest in terms of after how many times served the summons. So ED taken call which may back fire bjp. I agree. B. Charge sheet is concerned unless full picture is gathered from all participants of the PMLA activity, charge sheet is not possible. That too Kejriwal is a CM . So he can not be treated like common accused. He may not cooperate till the last minute. But there r proofs submitted by ED in Supreme Court m hence arrest was allowed with bail. This time exception on conditional bail itself a bad example of sc. c. The minority vote is concerned, there is nothing to worry. The country is going bad to worst till 2014 by freebies from socialistic mentality congress under Nehru, India, Rajiv, Manmohan. The intention of dirty politics is to keep the poor as always poor by pointing finger at rich in Bharat. Y these poor needs more freebies? Y poor r poor even after 65 yrs of congress rule? -- At this special hearing, they banned Amit Shah from entering Gujarat!
-- From 2010 till 2012, Amit Shah was not even allowed to enter Gujarat. And it was all decided by a special hearing at a Supreme Court judge's house on a Saturday.
