I feel like the drought timer ability was the only good thing about the garlic, they should have given him something else like immunity to freeze to combat the overpower grapes
They did give him something else - built-in immunity shield for free. Having a 17 hp unit with a free immunity upgrade is incredibly strong.
A new unit idea that has either reduced effects or immune to effects would be cool
