hey there! i make sure to write a to do list before i always begin my day. then i allocate myself the time to complete all of the tasks! most importantly i try to give myself breaks in between so that i don’t get too burnt out after one study session. I also use the forest app which disables all of my social media apps and keeps track of how many hours i study! i hope this helps 🫶🏽
