Armadillo is actually the best mining pet if you utilize it properly, using amber/amethyst routes you can make up to 60m/hr with a maxed setup. Right now I have a gauntlet, full divan, AOP, and all have perfect jade/topaz and am making roughly 33-35m/hr right now.
You forgot Golden Dragon and Lion ( does pretty close dmg to edrag). Farming has the Mushroom cow which rivals the elephant ( better for garden Milestones) Rabbit isnt that OP since you get lots of XP from visitors. Scatha isnt really worth it at all since Jade Mining makes so few coins and you shouldnt need to powder grind anymore. For Fishing Ammonite and Flying Fish are the best (Fishing Speed and Scc).Monkey and Ocelot are the best for foraging. Black cat gives less Magic Find than a Golden Dragon but the speed is very usefull overall.

I think wither skelly is better for like damage over time

Ye I thought about golden dragon but it is so rare/expensive I didn't think many people would be able to get it
