If you're used to prepare with book and pen, then pbt might be comfortable for you to navigate to different sections or questions . But you have to shade the bubbles (answer key) in omr sheet. No extra time for marking the answers. In cbt marking answers in quick (just click the radio button) but navigating might be difficult. Its just a personal preference, no difference otherwise.

For CBT also we should go to test centre to write test ? Like Pbt
Yes CBT mode of exam is also conducted in the test centers. There is no option to take the test from home.
