2014 BMW 535d F10 steering wheel vibration

On this 2014 BMW 535d f10 the client has aftermarket wheels and was experiencing a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. When we inspected the car we found one of the front wheels was missing the hub-centric ring. The hub-centric ring fills the gap between the hub & the wheel to center the wheel on the hub.
