PDM - Project Design & Management (Peace Corps Volunteers, Philippines design secondary projects)

Last week we had a conference with our work partners to learn about project design and management. We learned about grant writing and all the steps to create sustainable projects. Ours are both based on library development as our schools both have library buildings, but no books for the children to check out and read. They are filled with outdated textbooks currently.
