Guys...until you get the light fixture situated, just remove the fan blades from the base of the fan. Tuck the pull chain for the fan out of sight.

Our boys never used the same bunk they took turns form top to bottom I see Landon doing the same, I understand everyone's safety concerns I'm sure they have their own but keren always finds a solution.

you would think with nonie who worked at mattress would know that with anyone under 5 or 6.. a bunk bed isn’t the best idea... and Landon who is 2 or the top bunk is a disaster waiting to happen. Wouldn’t it have been easier to get two twin beds??

They make low profile mattresses that are meant to be used with bunkbeds so the railings are more useful.

Those boys are perfectly fine. I was on a top bunk when I was Landon’s age until I was 9 or 10. Besides, they’re not your children. Keep it to yourself

Sarah Dixie I agree but at the same time I disagree I was put in a bunk bed when I was his age and I was fine. I would just say to put up like and extra safety ting so that way he doesn’t fall off and then they could also put something on the stairs to keep him from going down without help.

alison r when kids woke up they are blurred so when he climbed down he might missed one step and drop ... even if he knew how to do it but he is only 2 and it might break his bone easily
alison r he already has trouble getting down when there are lights on as shown in the vlog. The spacing between each gap is too big for his size. Imagine if he needs to go to the bathroom or go and get his parents in the middle of the night when it’s totally dark.

My brother and i had bunk beds he fell of when he was 5 or 6 and was paralyzed for 3 weeks in icu. Please be careful maybe put in easier way to get down. I bet Karen is just having them sleep on the same bottom bed.
My cousin fell of the top bunk and hit the side of his head so hard that he lost hearing in his left ear.
@@schegyca i def believe that! Its scary if your not old enough and my brother was 5 or 6 he never slept by the edge or anything and we had low matresses i can't really spell the illness he got from falling and landing on his back but it guilliambure i think some crazy thing!!

I’m surprised you put Landon on the top bunk seeing as he’s younger. Especially if he gets up in the middle of the night, he’s more likely to miss a step and fall off the ladder. Probably would have been smarter to put Jackson on the top

I would put the boys in Landon’s room so the kids are all together in the same wing of the house and I would turn Jackson’s room back to a guest bedroom. ❤️
I love the idea of them sharing a room! However, have you thought about getting the bunk beds that has stairs to the top instead of a ladder? I feel like it would be way easier especially if they wake up sleepy in the middle of the night needing you or the potty. ❤️ but I LOVE the mix of personalities with the bunkbeds. I like how they don’t have to match comforters and each one brings their own feel to it. Love you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️

I would get a thinner mattress for the top bunk. The risk of rolling off is greater with that thick of a mattress. But they will LOVE it!

@@nala9101 Bunk beds are literally not for children under the age of 6. So many accidents and even deaths occur with toddlers who have bunk beds. It's not a good idea and most people are just concerned about the boys' safety.

As an ER X-ray tech.. this was disappointing. I’ve seen too many kids fall off of bunk beds and have head or neck injuries. I hope they can jump off their high horse just this one time and acknowledge everybody’s concern. I sure hope nothing bad happens to these kids.

These bunk beds have siding and they are clearly showing them they can't jump off they clearly thougjt about it before they bought the bunk beds. Its not your problem so don't worry about it@

The bunk beds are not kid friendly at all. What if Landon forgets he’s on the top bunk (it’s possible since he’s only 2) and gets out of bed half asleep and tumbles down the ladders?

You can cut the door in half in the kids new play room. (Upper half stays open, close the lower half). That way the kids are in there playing with out worrying that they go somewhere else. For when Sutton gets more mobile.
The bunk beds are fine people!!!! I grew up with bunk beds and I’m perfectly fine - I’m sure they’ll teach them not to be silly or do anything dangerous! And if not the boys will soon learn. They’ll be okay!!

I loved having bunk beds just please be careful with that fan, as a kid my brother cut open his head when on the bed with his fan on. Not a fun trip to the ER xx

Ikea has a bunk bed thats way lower to the ground so its not as dangerous maybe look into that one if you think this one is too big 💕

I love Landon and Jackson’s bunk beds!!! It reminds me when I was younger me and my sister had one and would share a room and still did until I got married and moved out . Good old memories.
A tip for the new playroom: you could have a sofa/ pull-out bed it will be more convenient for guests ☺️ p.s. love you guys I’m so excited for the wedding 🎉🎊

Random tip but there’s a company called “Beddy’s” and they make comforters specifically for kids and bunk beds! You just zip the comforter on the edges to “make the bed,” so it makes life easier with bunk beds so you don’t have to crawl around the edges of the bed. I wish they were a thing back when I was a kid and had a bunk bed! Haha

They make ceiling fans that have the blades enclosed and not exposed for little fingers! That’s if you want to keep the option of a ceiling fan 😊
It’s fun seeing other parents go through the seasons of toys and bedrooms lol it will change again in 3 months but that’s life with kids! :)

My kids share a room and have bunk beds. It took a week or so for everyone to adjust and go to sleep. But they love it.

Put a couch with a bed in the playroom! Then they have a place to sit and chill but if you have guests it converts into a bed. We love ours and it's been great for our small house

Bunk beds are so fun! You could move them both into Sutton's room since it's bigger and then move Sutton into either Jackson or Landon's room, but after the honeymoon obviously!
You can put a sofa bed in the play room. It serves as a quite time in the playroom and as a bed for guests.

I think the boys would love share the bedroom Naynay was before! It’s close to Sutton and “kids’ part of the house”. The playroom in Jackson’s bedroom would be perfect because of this two doors style!!!!

Alright guys, everyone is worried about the bunk beds and everything, but clearly Keren and Khoa would NEVER let their kids in a dangerous place, they must been considering everything like changing the fan once the room is set up and all done.
They are amazing parents and just won’t do something that is dangerous for the boys ! I’m sure that they appreciate for all the warnings, worries, love and support but they know what they’re doing

guys they wouldn’t let Landon go on the top bunk if they think he wouldn’t be able to get down! as you can see he got down perfectly and also he would put have severe injuries he would just have a bruise. they are amazing parents just let them be it. love you kkandbabyj!
My 2 and 3 year olds have a bunk bed but it’s a lowset one, so the bottom bunk is on the floor and the top is only about 5’2, it’s great for littles. I’m grateful their room doesn’t have a ceiling fan though 😂
