Bread flour 高筋面粉 200g / 1,1/2cup
Caster sugar 细砂糖 5g / 2tsp
Sea salt 海鹽 4g / 3/4tsp
Instant yeast 即溶酵母 3g / 1tsp
Water 清水 140ml
Olive oil 橄榄油 15g / 1Tbsp
Rosemary 迷迭香
Sea salt 海鹽

Oven dish 陶盤 22x5x14cm
Bake at 200°C / 390°F for 20-25 minutes

I made this yesterday. It turned out well. I added a bit more water. Bread got stuck to the bottom of my bread loaf pan after baking. So its better to line the bottom of the pan with baking paper.
I just made this bread for breakfast this morning. I have taken bread-making courses before and I must say this is the easiest bread I have ever done, and it tastes good too. I would like to know if I can use this method to make panettone? Can you please show me an easy way of making panettone without any bread machine? Thanks. 😄
