My home state of NC was original home of Krispy Kreme. I remember 50 years ago during our vacation to the beach in SC, there was always door to door young KK sales boys every morning making their rounds at the hotel rooms. My sister was a personal nurse to the KK founder's wife, if I recall correctly. The company went national and KK was so well-received. 🍩❄️💌

I love Day in the Life type vlogs! It’s like getting to know you guys on another level. This was perfect timing because I’m just anxiously waiting for my parents to come home with Krispy kreme. The one closest to me is 30 minutes away and it actually opened up on my 3rd birthday. So it’s really special to my family. I read somewhere that charcuterie boards are just adult lunchables with a fancy French name lol. That date night activity looked super fun and Alyssa definitely has my vote for the ghost story. You had me at “I like short children. They taste like brownies” lol 😂

Target has no Disney store either, you can only get things from ordering online. Our state is seriously lacking any of the magic. Love the date night idea!
