First off, Merry Christmas to you and a big thank you for keeping us all updated throughout 2024. We realize once flights start happening drones will be off limits over the airport, The new year will bring power and tracks to the new rail system . That is good but sad as well because we all enjoy your updates. Thank you once again .
Another great video and good that the weather is cooperating. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you BJD, looking forward to seeing it getting completed in the 12 months. Have a great summer holiday.
When you see the resident fire equipment arrive you will know test flights will be commencing very soon. Airport fire crews and equipment is specialised in order to deal with aviation fuel fires .
Great video. Well done very high production quality. The airport terminal looks incredibly small. Only deigned for single door access. So no large international aircraft yet.
By 2030 part two of the Airport is expected to open , to which will give a total 26 gates combine ,Two buildings of equal size . I hope to prevent confusion, one building will be domestic and the other international. I think you can appreciate why . It is good both buildings to be within walking distance not like Mascot where International and Domestic a 7 Kilo meters apart with the linking road at a stand still 75% of the time during rush hours.
They're taking their sweet ass time builing the stations, they should be laying the tracks already and building the concourses I t hink testing starts next year fo the AP?
Great update. Two things. The railway station is quite a wlk from the terminal unlike Kinsgord Smith. And surely it was be too small in a very short time.
Simple question politicians or rail personal have not been able to answer. When passengers arrive at WSI and get the metro to St Mary's, where do they go from there?
Keep one thought in mind, The majority of people who will benefit the most out of both this Airport and new rail system have yet to be born . Just an old guys thoughts of envy .
Great footage. Good to see the cows taking a cool break in the dam during the heat. Thanks for your good work - have a great Christmas.
Happy holidays!
“Merry Christmas” BJD. Thank you for another informative video, and for keeping us updated throughout the year, well done. 👍
Cheers
Excellent work, love to see the line extended north and south.
Yes I agree , then it would make city wide loop
This is the plan, along with Metro west being extended to the airport

Hello from Russia. Beautiful.
Merry Christmas!

This is an Airport and a power plant considering the amount of solar on the roof and the shaded walking areas.
Good to see there is not going to be any vehicle access to the Airport Terminal entrance only pedestrian access
The terminal forecourt looks very Australian..I hope they install BBQs for us to throw a shrimp on the barbie
Lol
Thanks again. So, the big question: will it all be ready on time? (airport, freeway, train)
NIce Vid.
Cheers

Probably home in western Sydney
Thanks for the update. It's looking good. Does your "Merry Christmas" signal this is your last video for the year?
At this location cheers
Your footage is always so clear Jay. May I ask what equipment you use?
Thankyou
What will be the IATA code for Western Sydney?
Where will the stabling yards and maintenance facilities going to be for this metro line.?
Near Orchard Hills apparently.
@@fittipaldi7326 thanks
You can see it in the background at the 1.55 minute mark.
