This one is an absolute shocker after my visit to the Embassy of Israel which I have included in this visit. I decided to visit the Palestinian Diplomatic Mission in London.
To be clear I have no opinion on either side of the sad events that are happening in Israel and Gaza. I had previous audited Israel and simply thought it prudent to also audit the Palestinian Diplomatic Mission for the sake of balance.
As such I was thinking that this was not going to be too bad then Met Police arrive and what follows is an absolute disgrace!
I won't spoil the events in this description but needless to say not only did I file an immediate complaint as to what happens during the recording of this video. I have also notified my solicitor given the egregious nature of the events that unfolded.
May I also ask viewers to refrain from leaving hateful comments and remind them that there are laws that mean not all speech is protected by free speech.

Well Done, TLA! - I think this is probably the best audit you've ever done and it is a masterpiece on how audits should be done!
You remained calm and polite throughout -well, until after the unlawful search, but anyone having their rights abused and being unlawfully searched is entitled to be a bit rude to the abusers.
Also, I love how you re-iterated the point often that these cops abused the rights of an innocent person, whilst the masked "security" guy was committing an offence right in front of them, yet they REFUSED to do anything about that criminal.
Not exactly "fair and impartial policing, eh?

I don't think this has anything to do with either side support but everything to do with that man's character. Some PCs are exactly like that. As soon as they put that uniform on it's like they think they have an extra pair of cohones that allows them to bark orders at anyone. That illusion easily fades when you confront them.
The 6’7” security guard is standing directly behind the copper in a balaclava whilst the copper is detaining and searching TLA because he’s wearing a face covering. You could not make this shit up !!!!

@@jasonjewell2493 it was obvious from her body language that she knew perfectly well that there were no “reasonable grounds “for a search. It can not be just a hunch that the subject to be searched had stolen or prohibited articles on him.
The problem she knew she had was that she has to work with him, she may have been in her two year probation so she couldn’t call him out and embarrass him. If she did it would mean trouble for her.
It’s a well known problem not only in the police, there was a case where the pilot of a plane was making a huge mistake and the co pilot was afraid to say anything, the plane crashed killing them all. I think the air line people put something in place to make sure it couldn’t happen again.

The outcome is ALWAYS the same. Nothing happens to the cops because everyone can see that he is just instigating meaningless confrontations against them based on ridiculous technicalities. All for the purpose of creating content that he puts on social media to make a little money instead of getting a USEFUL JOB that actually benefits society! 🤨🙄

This has to be one of the best yet. What a gaggle of clowns. The corrupt cop seemed to get off on a good footing but it quickly turned after he spoke to the clowns inside. He was CLEARLY doing their bidding, I bet he was gutted when he realised that not only did you not have anything in your bag, but you also know the law better than him. And as for her, well what can I say, she won't even make it out of rooky school. PS, you never questioned them for not informing you that they were recording you. That bald police officer said he's going to search you because you are wearing a mask yet there was a security with one on and he was all right for him what a susage.
According to the law, I could not find any reason that would make you an eligible candidate for a stop and search. Although suspicious, that alone is not enough for detainment,
I have written a complaint and submitted it to the police. I would encourage any of your other fans to do the same.

“I am appalled at how your officer treated a well respected videographer, approximately one month ago in front of the Palestine embassy. Your officer, Constable, Badock acted outside of his Oath, against his better judgement almost as though he was a security guard hired by the Palestine Government.
The “Press” told the officer he was taking video and had spoken to 2 employees, 1 of which wasn't impressed with being videotaped. At this point any law enforcement officer knows what the situation is, its an audit.
After being told by the employees that he was “bothering “ them he was stripped of all of his rights, he was made to look completely foolish, criminal, and as though he did something wrong. This was obviously the officers way of appeasing the Palestine employees, the officers only way to “Punish” the citizen for getting on the wrong side of their powerful embassy employees nerves, of course there has to be some form of humiliation.
Telling the world watching his video that their democracy and rights are safe as long as you don't try to exercise them.
This was done in front of the whole community, afterwards Palestinians were congratulating the officer for violating the citizens rates. It’s all in the video below , I hope these two officers face a high penalty and at the very least start by apologizing to the victim on camera. This is disgraceful, communist behaviour that has no place in Britain. Please correct accordingly. “

this is not a good comparisson at all, one embassy is armed to the teeth and gets state backing everywhere, the other not so much and is shunned.

If he really suspected you of going equipped then he wouldn't have stood there chatting for that long and then leave you on your own while he wandered off into the Embassy. Add to that he knew you were an auditor with a UA-cam channel thus the legitimate reason for being there, not that you needed it anyway but adds weight to the claim. If he'd bothered to get on the radio with a description asking if any ones had dealings with you Guaranteed he'd have a response.

Police took 30 min to arrive they didn't even have a Taser it was a bit different to how police respond to embassies.
The cop knew he messed up but does it matter will he get anymore than a slap on the wrist, will it get to court. I hope it does how much will the police pay to keep this out of court.

This was a worst experience I ever had when 10 officers surrounded me and asking similar questions simultaneously and finally didn’t clearly explained the reason . After that I feel like this people are in control of everything we do and law for them 😤

The Police Reform Act needs to be repealed and all compensation paid because of police constables abusing their powers should come from the salaries and assets of the constables responsible.

Seriously though man, your conduct here is so impressive. Easily one of the best "audits" of anywhere in the UK. Brilliant expose of the state of UK policing and the hyprocrisy of what is going on... Those officers are simply too stupid to hold their positions, and I mean that.
the UK does not recognise Palestine as a country,therefor it does not have an embassy. it may have what they call a comission but that has no more rights than a garden shed.the police should have pointed that out to you.

But you must surely have a grasp on the difference between the two situations? Israeli embassy security armed to the teeth. Palestinian embassy had regular run of the mill security, I am sure if they were tooled up the same they would have felt alot more comfortable with your presence also.
