Lol I was so confused when I found out people use squash for meals, when I was younger, we would stick butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in it then bake it! This really makes me miss my husband, he's a truck driver, so date nights don't happen often :/
It comes so naturally to me now eating that way I didn't even realize it was "vegetarian", it just seemed like good food!! I eat plant based so all food is good when it's well made.
