Seeing people saying they're suicidal is heartbreaking. I remember my first time experiencing depression. It was so sudden and I had no idea what was happening. I had little support but I pulled through. I just kept trying to stay positive. I took medication and started seeing friends more often. I took up skateboarding and it is now my new passion next to bass singing. I'm now a sophomore in high school and I'm turning 18 next year and am on the path to success. I've made it this far, so can you. I know you can. Please stay strong. :)
I used to have this routine back in November 2020, go to bed, stay up listening to this song until 5 am just sobbing and sobbing. Those times were the WORST of my life and just now am I starting to do it allllll again. Slowly slowly slipping back into that endless routine of sad.

My depression hasn’t gotten better but I feel like music is the only reason I’m still alive it’s helped in so many different ways cause it’s always hyping you up or telling you that your worth everything but In reality everyone’s like “Omg you so ugly” or “You should’ve done better” or “Your not worth anything” calling you names and yelling or hitting you telling you to end it all but music is really there for you.

Seeing people saying they're suicidal is heartbreaking. I remember my first time experiencing depression. It was so sudden and I had no idea what was happening. I had little support but I pulled through. I just kept trying to stay positive. I took medication and started seeing friends more often. I took up skateboarding and it is now my new passion next to bass singing. I'm now a sophomore in high school and I'm turning 18 next year and am on the path to success. I've made it this far, so can you. I know you can. Please stay strong. :)
If depression gets the worse of me...its because its gotten to the good of me
I used to have this routine back in November 2020, go to bed, stay up listening to this song until 5 am just sobbing and sobbing. Those times were the WORST of my life and just now am I starting to do it allllll again. Slowly slowly slipping back into that endless routine of sad.

My depression hasn’t gotten better but I feel like music is the only reason I’m still alive it’s helped in so many different ways cause it’s always hyping you up or telling you that your worth everything but In reality everyone’s like “Omg you so ugly” or “You should’ve done better” or “Your not worth anything” calling you names and yelling or hitting you telling you to end it all but music is really there for you.

Usually when I am sad I listen to slowed songs and read the comments it makes me feel better even when everything around me is falling apart . I hope someday it will get better and I will be happy:)
