It’s even great as a vegetable dip. You probably have all the ingredients right there in the fridge and pantry. What a great way to use some of your recently bought Tahini, some yogurt (Greek yogurt if you have it on hand, or your homemade will be just perfect) with salt, pepper and all your slightly “slimy, maybe frozen, or just not the crispest” fresh cucumber. What a delicious treat that you can share with everyone! May God continue to shower you all with joy and happiness.....especially Loren and Mathew right now. 🌞

I use paper towel in with my lettuces, tomatoes, mushrooms and celery. I change the paper towel every day or every other. Helps allot!
