I came to see it. but its not here. actully this product is waste. even 150 rupee chopper will do this job. We cant use it for vegetable chapping. only onion, tomato and potato slice

The wrong blade was used for kneading the dough
My first trial was dough kneading and seriously it was aweful.... Its good for chopping only
Very true....It's good for chopping....Kneading is better done manually with hands by traditional method ...

@@VijayasRecipes The blade you used in the video for atta is wrong. Try with the 4th blade. It came out so well for me. I only had to adjust the water part of it.
I have this Nd I use for chopping only. Never used for slices or shredding as I think its not that good

You seem to have used the wrong attachment for dough kneading hence the extra hardwork for cleaning the blades since the blades are extremely sharp and extra caution has to be maintained while cleaning it. I too cut my finger the very first day while cleaning the blades.
Please take care....be carefull while using this food processor because of its sharp blades.
There is different atta kneading attachment but you have used the chopping attchment

Y did u use chopping bkade for kneading atta, those plastic ones are for atta i suppose if im not wrong

Nice video. Looks like wonderchef have come to their senses and given a black plastic dough kneading blade. It would make dough kneading safe.
One small suggestion is to remove the chopping blade from the container before transferring the chopped vegetables to a plate or bowl. This helps prevent injuries to the body.

@@dilippant5771 Actually it should and for safety reasons. Otherwise one would be a regular visitor to the doctor. I have the older version of the turbo chopper and I find it difficult to remove the slicer holder from the lid. Maybe if you are able to remove the chopping blade, could try with applying a little bit of oil to the insides of the chopping blade and the shaft. That might prevent it from sticking. I guess I must try this next when I use the slicer
