The cottage is very comfortable with a new kitchen, washing machine, fridge, TV, DVD player. And of course the private swimming pool. From the terrace you have a fantastic view over the pool and the land. Ideal for children and dogs, they can play on the grounds, in the river, play hide and seek, football, fish, etc. The parents can relax on the terrace and enjoy the view with a nice glass of langeudoc wine!
