@@tylercouture216 try it on Rockstar games launcher. 20 dollars for the complete edition. If you want to mod though, you'll need to move the game files to another place on your hardrive and change the folder name. After you do that you'll be able to mod it. If not, the game will not launch and it will update and remove the modded files, cus rockstar are kinda bitchy these days lol

Nah, man. I can definitely see that becoming a pain in the ass real quick. Imagine every random bullet that hits you immobilizing you temporarily. It would be almost as painful as how it was in the original Mafia game from 2002
You can do that with the Zolika trainer, there is a option called bullet ragdoll euphoria in the gameplay refresheners section, the game is still somewhat easy if you know how to cover and shoot in a decent way.
I survived 20 min with the police with that option enabled.
The only thing gta v has on any of the others is graphics
