Hey Bots - it's not killing the core that makes it easier to destroy blocks, it's reaching the lowest depth, which means touching the space where the core used to be. (Look at your Lowest Depth; you want it to go down to 2.) Hope this helps.
also increases max fule, which he thinks is hurting him.
One day he will read the comments, and thereby be enlightened. Or not, reading is hard.
more like backseat gaming in his mind so he just doesnt read it and will eventually figure it out on his own@@bearnaff9387
@@PartytimeYOLO I think hes mostly realised that the max fuel increase is not him being hurt, i could be wrong tho
@@jackshotgamer9509No you are right, it is the electricity that is giving him the fuel boost.
I honestly love this style of small series, if you find a game you enjoy and wanna play more then im sure most of us would watch.
How do you get seeds
You don't take damage getting closer to the core you just get a higher max fuel from the depth bonus.
Same reason as to why it seems to you like killing the core makes the planet softer, depth bonus give you more damage.
Don't bother, at least 20 people commented this last time too. I don't think he's been reading the comments for this series.
The whole series is pre-recorded actually. I sat down to record a video and ended up with six.
ah, sorry.
@@wanderbots heck yea, this little game is way to much fun. i also just wanted to play a bit and before i knew it the next morning was already there. the best start into the weekend i had in a long time.
thanks for covering this gem.
Amazing. Loving the series.
The MDD also known as the Little Doctor is the weapon from Ender's Game, it basically tore apart atomic bonds and left everything as dust, pretty apt description.
It’s such a simple game but it’s so fun to watch.
Cool beans. Looks like I am a couple of hours ahead of you in this game. It is kinda funny how you discover the same things I discovered recently. Like I am watching you struggle with the diamond planet challenges and go "well, each one adds a block health multiplier and they stack, you don't have to do them all at once" and then you go "maybe I don't have to do these challenges all at once" :)
If you looks closely you will see that at the start of a "round" you dont lose any fuel but instead rapidly gain a higher max fuel cap, making it look like you are losing fuel
You should definitely go back and try to rush core the first planet, its damage boost challenge is also super easy. Should be able to get above 20 already and boost your farms more. I've been able to keep my farms at 5 cores each with almost every resource, getting close to being able to evenly prestige them all higher than 5 very soon. By the time you're mining the star, should be able to easily prestige the starter planet past 50.
Posted this right before he actually did it in video, lol.
Bought the game. Couldn’t help myself. Can’t wait to play it later. I won’t lie I always hope you’ll do a double episode on this in a day.
Ive been waiting for this series everyday now its so satisfying to watch for some reason
This game is super fun too its only like 8 dollars on steam. Its like mine craft but you want to hoard the entire planet
My seed theory is that each resource type has some sort of x/# value depending on the material. Where X is the seed amount you can upgrade, and # is arbitrary depending on the material (more common ones probably lower). Something like rock might have a # of 1000, so when your seed chance goes to like 2000, it becomes 2000/1000, so it drops 100% of the time you physically mine a block. Something like diamond might have a # of like 10^7, which makes the chance of getting a seed super low until you upgrade your seed chance enough.
one thing I do: I go butt first to the ground. let the electric static eliminate most of the first two layers, then I float and start shooting missiles at the last layer, also dumping all the grenades in a single spot to make my way through. once at the core, place my butt against it, shoot rockets around that will end up sending shrapnel at the core while static damages it as well. the closer to the core you get, the better the damage and health boost you get. that's why you often reach the core with difficulty, but once you reach the complete center: depth 2. you suddenly can just break through everything and see your health replenish really fast.
I only have up to the diamond planet and it's moon unlocked. something around prestige 3-4 on most planets/moons, prestige 8 on the first planet.
edit: also, for the touch block limit challenges, it only counts if you touch blocks with the drill part. so you can sit directly on the blocks with the back of your ship
Rather than "Coring the planet weakens block / increase my damage", in reality it's your "depth meter" damage bonus going off the chart if you reach the center. The multiplier currently seems to reach x15 if you do instead of a x5 or lower if you don't reach the lowest.
Short story : destroy the core early, reach center (should display "lowest depth: 2"), purge planet.
"I might not be able to do this one, let's see"
*Dies instantly*
Well said 😅
I like this game is being a chill game. So I understand you doing like a "fast hardcore" video and then switch to chill down with this game.
Everyone of these episodes.. i cant get enough
You should sell resources like your iron supply because you have a stupid amount of it, could potentially make you more money for upgrading, but anyways love your videos man I will never stop watching your vids lol
i noticed just doing the starting world gives most money as you keep prestiging it i kept getting wilds amount of money.
I think especially with the siphon equipment you get multiple times the value of resources as extra money when mining, making even selling especially the lower tier resources not put a dent in your money
some tips:
- seeds can be dropped by all three layers of a planet, you just need a high enough drop chance.
- you should unlock the gem materialiser and max it.
- after you prestige a planet you can hit R anytime to instantly restart at the new level.
- shiny blocks can be disabled in the planet selection screen, until you are ready to dive through them.
- if you want to farm a special resource, select the highest prestige level where you can still comfortably mine that specific planet layer.
- orbital lasers are good for challenges and coring.
- you can buy the sun.
some little team with dudes with pro coding skill had some crazy idea that everyone liked and coded it
After your first video, I was compelled to get and beat the game. It's honestly a lot of fun, though, some of the mechanics are sometimes hard to parse what they do / how they work... but... things go fast when you do understand them.
51:59 The Little Doctor! Or the Molecular Disruptor Device, if you're boring. I was literally thinking the same thing a little while earlier, you're eating planets like a galactic catastrophe.
Also, ironic that the only thing you CAN'T farm in this game is organic matter.
This game and your series is so captivating that I'll be getting this game ASAP
This game is so well done for the type of game it is. The way it lets you progress is impressive and soooo satisfying. I’m really enjoying this series!
If I had to guess, I’d say the “Seed found” message thing only shows up if you get a seed that isn’t a 100% drop rate, but because of how the seed chance thing works it’s really easy to jump from effectively 0% odds of getting a seed straight to 100% odds per block.
Bots: Recoils in terror from massive max fuel increase
Me: Screaming at my screen
Shiny rock upgrade is more of a detriment then a boon, it is best to turn them off.
Even though when destroyed they give a lot of stuff they're hard to destroy.
I wouldn't mind the music being at 100% every time I open it, It has some absolute bangers. Also I think this game is best as a video series, as opposed to it being streamed.
To get money you should farm the starting planet on high prestige. Also reading tooltips could help you a lot
You can do the challenges on each planet per prestige level. It gets your resource multipliers up to ridiculous numbers.
Wander! Since you mentioned Enders Game, I was wondering if you've ever seen any games remotely similar to anything found in that book? Either the war game that Ender played at the end, or the battle room, or anything else found there. I loved everything there so much, but I've never been able to find a space game that hits that spot.
My suggestion for a inside phrase reviews you sent to a game could be something like:
Transmission incoming: beeep beeep...
Or something goofy like that.
hey wander, credit where credit is due!
games that ended up in my backlog directly "because" of you.

Dang that's a solid list of titles. Glad to hear I helped you find them!
Hope someone can upload the soundtrack on UA-cam at some point- it sounds really good! Also, looking forward to playing this myself one day
This game is way too addictive. I got the game after your first video in the series, and since then, I've played it through four times now. You are to blame. >:0
The game resets all settings, keybinding's, camera shake, except for resolution settings. Weird choice. But the odd thing here is the audio settings sometimes keep for me. Another bug is that for some reason in the resource panel half the ores say Iron and I have no idea what they are. Thankfully selling stuff is not that important.
"It's not that I'm losing my HP, it's that I'm gaining potential max HP."
YES! YES! YEEEEEESSS! 🎉🎉🎉
I miss ONE episode and wander has become op as fuck
For a thing to say for reviews and such, maybe something like “wandered into this game”?
the max hp increasing with depth really tricks me into thinking i lost hp
Wow
You are realky enjoying this.
Im glad.
Did you ever get a chance to xhek out Anti-idle? I mentioned it a lomg while back.
The soundtrack for this game is fantastic
do you use the shift for the gravity thing? i dont notice you activate it ever
I love when you play to the core
Steam Review:
"Wanderbots gives his regards."
Don't forget to buy the sun
To get a lot of money, go back to the first planet and prestige it to the max then mine it, you will get loads of cash.
I seen you playing infinitode 2 and now here I'm over a 2 years still not being in half of the upgrades. 🎉
It doesn't matter that I play on mobile. 📱
I don't think there's any reason you have to do all three challenges for a planet at once - you could probably make it easier on yourself for the harder planets by only activating one challenge at a time
Re: Gem income, I'm fairly sure gems are affected by prestige- meaning you'll get the most from doing an early planet with max possible prestige level.
The seed clickathon is definitely a thing.
Hope to see more, seeing you just carpet bombing planets is so...relaxing
May I suggest the code phrase be "Billions Of Diamonds" in the steam reviews.
The way you gets seeds by what I can see is every time you break a block it has a chance to drop a seed
i love this sooo soo much please 100% the upgrades in the game!
Here is a way to turn this into an idol game. Just face up and let your auto weapons do all the work. You can take a nap on the core. And once it's gone... Don't look at the screen. You will start spinning around killing everything. Hard on the eyes.
I think if you go back and complete the challenges at the lower levels, it gives you bonuses at the higher stages to help
ended up buying and playing this cause of these videos. The music just keeps getting better. Also grenades are amazing so don't just dismiss them.
I think shiny rocks gives you gems that is why they are so tough and have their own skill tree.
57:15 for the life of me, whats happening? did i eat mushrooms again?
About the phrase on steam, maybe something to do with Wandering from planet to planet?
For most of the planets you have been mining you have been gaining more fuel than lost and it only looks like you are losing a lot because your max fuel is increasing to a huge amount above your normal max
LETS GOOOOOO, ANOTHER EPISODE
My thoughts exactly
It might be corny, but misspelling wonderful as wanderful in the review
Dr. Device from Ender's game. The enemy's gate is down....
did you recent broadcast videos on twitch get wiped. everything is like 2 years old now on video tab
I couldn't keep up with my workload anymore and had to cut streaming on twitch for a while. Not sure when/if I'll be back to it to be honest.
Why did you not use all your cores on prestige?
57:22 was there something in my water bottle?
You probably solved it later. But going to that planet with enemies will help make the seed chance higher so not a bad idea to have higher prestige there.
There really doesn't seem much point in queueing up more crafting when you already have billions queued and you're only processing thousands at once...
Quick tip, you can mine the sun.
Don’t give up on this game until you beat it
100% complete finale on Friday!
@@wanderbots thank you!!
Man, the music in this game is fire
you know that you can just constantly keeep doing the first planet to get like infinite aluminium iron and shi, you just hover over with missles and orbital lasers
21:18 is how i have to play, if i don't i have a very high chance of crashing my game
Please keep the episodes coming! Great game and great playthrough.
I really don't get why you don't invest all of your cores at seeds farms. Like they only are good for use at prestige and are theoretically unlimited. So, why is the core rarely at 0. lol. Other than that I enjoy your gameplay and would love to see more of this game. You are losing a lot of potential resources for not upgrading prestige till you have no cores left. Example: It really doesn't make sense that you have 9cores that aren't all used for prestige upgrades. You should really know that the more time you have the cores number as 0, the more you will produce for free. I think this is halting your progress tremendously.
4:02 depth multi
Why cant I watch that taro card game you just uploaded 14 seconds ago?
We had to take it down for a moment for a last second quality check. It's up now!
58:41 ...THE SUN?
It should be "-Wabo" at the end of the review
Wow i just finished beginning this series an hour ago and another episode came out 😂
Do you use Cores for anything else? Looks like you're just wasting them keeping them on reserve in your farms
use your grenades, and its not because you destroy the core that it gets easier to mine, its because of the lowest depth multipliers.
He had already compleated the game 3 weeks before you commented that
@@julienbronsch5039 hello cpt obvious. 😂
I bought the game thanks to your videos I bought it :)
That'd be kinda weird if you could farm organic matter 😅
what are shiny blocks for coz i am addicted watching these vids asdkdjashahahaha
Ender's Game is amazing!
You could sell the iron for credits.. and the auto producing ones
And he just said it.....
the music is fire
Bought th3 game after ur play.
is it just me or that uranium planet's name means death?
Ponder the corb
Remember Wander, you get a lot more material from higher prestiges (as in blocks, money, gems etc.)
But harder and require minimal attention 😢
Too bad you can’t “abduct” seeds for organic matter…
You sound like sythorven
This account is about to blow up.
Buy the sun
