    Great video. On the time picker, is it possible to add time slots? I.E 2 hour windows? Like 2-4PM or 4-6pm.
    Then limit time slots to only between 8am and 6pm?

    Hi. I was trying to use the same template which you are referring to but getting the rollback error & creation is not happening successfully. Please do let me know how to fix that. That will be so helpful

    Is there a way to control the size of the chat widget, or at least make it take up a larger portion of the screen. I realise the agent is able to drag the chat widget to make it larger but it appears to be limited? Would it be possible to make the chat widget a full window experience?
