Anuj Bhai, you have spoken the truth about the fake job postings at the so-called Tokri. One more thing that needs to be addressed is the behavior of the company's recruiters. The same company enforces a notice period of over two months but expects candidates to join immediately. In today’s market, recruiters are not compensating for the notice period. They gather information about the current CTC and notice period through Tokri but do not proceed with the interview process. They are also playing a wild card game by not giving candidates enough time to secure multiple offers.
