The "pinnacle", if want to call it that, will always be the Pro classes. As with every sport, that's where the big money will be. But that doesn't mean they won't pay attention to him. He'll probably get some calls from the manufacturers. The same happened to Tim Hanley in 2019. A non sponsored guy who bested everyone and he was seen in Vegas later wearing a Mathews jersey.
Ive shot in many tournaments in the state of missouri i was in the top 150 shooters , when you start things go great people dont realize how many arrows you let fly to reach it to the point of finals and when you finally reach it you are shaking like a leaf, i love archery ive been doing it for 25yrs its a sport i will live till the end, these guys are killin it great shooters
Woooooow, that's what they call a perfekt performance,it wouldn't take a Mr. Perfekt. What Isaac Mack did is almost unbelievable. And unit the finale. Bravo, bravo, bravo.👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍💪💪💪👀👀👀😍😍😍
I am very impressed with Isaac's shooting. I also think that shooting brackets would be better for the archer. Standing up there flinging arrow after arrow whil you face competition that is relatively fresh just doesn't seem quite right. Once fatigue begins setting in and still fighting nerves, the better archer could actually suffer without a break in the action.
So...couple of points here. I have talked to many archers who have been through our format. These folks have shot over two days to earn the rankings they come in to the finals with. The top seed has the easiest path to the title in that they only have to win one match. However, every top-seeded archer I have asked about this that I can think of has said they believe the advantage goes to the archer who has been out there. They see coming in "fresh" as a disadvantage. You have 12 arrows to live or die. The person who has been out there is dialed in and has fought through the strongest nerves. The fresh archer coming in is not used to the lighting or the nervousness yet. Paige Pearce was the top seed the last three years in a row, but only won this year. She blamed her previous losses on being "fresh," while her competitor was seasoned.
@@pjreilly3997 I appreciate your feedback PJ and honestly view it in high regard. I personally cannot think of other sports where leaders go round after round without a break though. Just my thoughts as I am sure many others will agree with you.
That Issac mack guy shot tried and true all night, props to him for making critical shots in the klutch!!! That guy can guide em in there for sure!!! Never seen bows like these before with those long stabilizers, im used to my normal hunting bow, what do them bows have scopes on them? Sure looks that way!! i dont see any pins, pretty cool setups
Great Bow Shooting... Would be nice if more country round the GLOBE could do same as the Lancaster Archery DO ! :) .... I was rooting for Isaac really impressive bow shooting too... Great Cool Nerves and Focus...
I'm not familiar with tournament shooting. What kind of draw weight and let-off are these guys shooting? What was the distance to target? How can he shoot 75 arrows in a row without his muscles showing any signs of fatigue or shaking or form loss?
I'm not sure about the first question but for your others, they were shooting at 18 meters and the way he could shoot 75 arrows in a row without getting visibly tired is through practice, practice and more practice, getting his body conditioned to such a volume of arrows. And it wasn't just Isaac. Every archer had to shoot 60 arrows in a qualification round before the finals and eliminations.
@@theingobeck4772 I know man but, you can't even buy a decent release from them with that prize money.... at least the minimum amount I would give is for the inscription fee that I am sure is over that amount. Just saying no hating going here.. most shooters probably spended twice that amount in gas money... 🤷♂️
@@mayhem035 He DID earn 5 grand for winning 1st place, though. I'm sure that more than covered all the fees and transportation to and from the event. But yeah, the contingencies from manufacturers could be a tad higher. Especially since the Pros usually come from the amateur classes.
I'm 52 learning archery with take down/recurve bow, and one day ill be doing this. That's my goal in archery 🎯
Isaac Mack ..that was Incredible !!!
Never shot a bow, but couldn't stop watching. I was rooting for Isaac really impressive stuff.
Great shooting Isaac! Amazing composure under pressure!
Crazy how small the prizes are. This is like the pinnacle of archery and the companies aint willin to invest i guess

@enrique6335 good point. They all probably get plenty of goodies from companies

Woah, this is my first time watching an archery competition and it was exhilarating! Kudos to Maak!! I'm looking forward to watching him next year!
Mack did the Old Dominion very proud! Great Job!!!!
Love these shoot offs. Thanks Lancaster for sharing
KEEP TRADITIONAL ARCHERY ALIVE!!! SHARE THE PASSION !!! 🎯
Traditional archers can participate in the barebow class
Never happen until major sponsors push their own sticks
That was an amazing run that Isaac Mack put on. What a great shooter.
The Mack truck just kept on rolling! 🎯

The Mack Truck is a stamina monster.
Its really nice to see Williams here, with such talent, representing the Downs community.
how many yards are they shooting at?
I wish the final payout was more substantial. Either way, congratulations to everyone. They all shot well.
Great matches!

ITS HARD WHEN YOU GOT ISAAC OVER THERE STROKING IT.. 😂
🤣🤣🤣

Competition does things and its equal
Good shooting bruh
And we're not going to talk about the number of arrows fired.💪💪💪👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍
Why is the diameter on the arrows so large? Does that help with accuracy?
wow, soo awesome. was rooting for Mack just cause he was the underdog and i love to see an underdog finish.... GREAT SHOOTING!
How's the scoring done? I saw some hit the ring and it be 11 then hit the same spot and it's only 10.
Didn't you chrome that barrel too?
Did moose or hawk get one and if so did they have to smooth the barrel too
Rio is awesome!
Issac, I mack awesome men, congratulatios my friend...You are great shooting...
Are there restrictions on bow poundage for these classes?
How long range is this.......???😎😎
51:38 he is so aggressive with the follow through! It’s working though
That was great 😂
I don’t understand why so many people have an issue stepping on that 12 light. Give yourself a chance.
What’s the release model tha Mack mentioned?
Likely to be a Scott Select
Wow!
Man he shot a lot of arrows

The cash prises are ridiculous.. tru ball 75$ ! Really... 🤦♂️🤷♂️
This is the amateur class. The pro payouts are quite a bit better.

What yardage is this

Everyone will be wearing button down shirts.
wow isaac sold his soul. other isaac never had 1
Sure seems like a small purse. We need more money it looks like
Not to be mean but compared to barebow this isn't nearly as entertaining...
